Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I came in to this Dunkin' donuts around like two in the afternoon. And I come in and no one greets me I see there's a lady with headsets on helping someone at the drive-thru and this other Caucasian lady who she Hustler lady with the headset and then pulled out her phone and starts texting. Then I saw the manager come in and once again no one greeted me or anything or acknowledging me she comes in doesn't say anything to the young lady that's on her phone then finally I said oh can I have some help and the young lady with the headset on that was doing the drive-thru she came and helped me and not the girl with the phone in her hand that was standing there doing nothing. I work at the Dollar tree so I come into this particular Dunkin donuts you know time after time but it should be no reason why I had to stand there as long as I did without being acknowledged and especially with that young lady being on her phone like what was so important that you had to text someone while you were at work, and it was not like they were busy there was no one in this Dunkin' donuts but me at the time....

I was craving a strawberry frosted donut and stopped at Dukin Donuts at around 2 in the afternoon. And was so disappointed to see that they were sold out of the strawberry frosted but had some original glazed available and an apple fritter. I should have known by the way the paper was sticking to the glazed donuts that they were old. But I was committed to getting something since I was already inside. The glazed donut, apple fritter and coffee I bought cost $10. How, I don’t even know, and let me tell you I was all nasty. The glazed donut was still frozen in the middle and the frosting was wet and sticky. Like it had melted and then gotten cold and didn’t thaw out completely. The coffee was cold, and very watery. The apple fritter was hard as a rock and tasted like clove. The cashier was very nice and refunded my money without asking anything. Which lead me to believe this happens often. The restaurant was clean inside which I appreciated. I do appreciate that they use Vinyl glove still and is usually a good place for me...

Almost every time I customize a sandwich, it’s like they just make whatever sandwich they feel like making that day. I was fooled for a little while into thinking this location was better than the Dunkin on Holland, but I’m wrong. I really don’t know how EVERY time I go to this location, I end up getting something I didn’t order AND it’s cold.

It’s not even like my customizations are hard, I will switch one thing or remove one thing at MAXIMUM. I literally never make my orders complicated because I know how it can be working fast food... I ordered sandwiches with ham instead of bacon (fast food bacon is just wrong), and bacon were on both. How?

I work from home and sometimes I will go out for a coffee and breakfast if I feel my routine getting stale. I will get up extra early to drive past Holland and to this location but you guys are...
