America’s best wings — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I'm a contracted deliverer for Door Dash and ive never experienced the treatment from this Punjab PDL store manager of America's Best Wings, 1025 Independance, in Haygood Shopping Center. As I was picking up a delivery for a customer on 7/22, he "yells" at me to show me my phone to him. I ask him why he does this (he did this 2x and I abliged) but the other pick up times he did not. No explanations were given each time. Made previous pick ups in which he did not verify who I was. I told him not to raise his voice during this recent encounter, as he did this in previous encounters on which he also "yells ". This nite he refused to relingish the order as a result, preventing me from delivering my order. I had to call the customer and apologize about the rude and uncooperative manager who acted like the "Allah food god" This Punjab of a manager did not realize that he was not only punishing me, but the customer who never got his order! I've never been treated unprofessionally since Ive been employed by Doordash until now. This manager, should learn CUSTOMER SERVICE as the corporate mission states it gives its customers! I would've given ZERO stars if they had one for this Punjab...

DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ordered online for pickup. From the moment I got there there was no one at the front. I did see others waiting so I did the same. They did not have the cheese fries I ordered and I asked if they could just give me a refund which they instead offered me more fries. Then more rice which I said no to both. I was looking at something of similar value but he seemed annoyed with me looking at the menu. I became so uncomfortable that I said that it was okay I would take what they have. Still they said they would give me free cheese fries next time. I would have let that experience go; however the "extra crispy" boneless wings I ordered were terrible. Not crispy at all, just over fried and though to chew. I also order the fried cat fish which came with fries and I just can't understand how it's possible to mess up fries but they absolutely did. The fries tasted stale. Lastly I ordered rice which tasted like bland pilaf rice not even salt added just food coloring. I wouldn't go back not even for the free...

I dont even know where to start: from the service to the product, there is nothing good to say. From the moment we placed an order, the cashier gave us a bad attitude when we asked them to repeat what he said as we couldn't understand and wanted to be clear. Then comes the chicken. It's like they gave you old chicken that didn't sell and refried it. Chicken is dried, oily, and bland. Not to mention there is no attention given when cleaning this chicken before serving it to the customers. Yes, those in the pictures are indeed unplucked feathers left on the wings being served to us, the customers. I am honestly tempted to call the health department on them because how is this acceptable? All in all, we would NEVER come back to this place. Tried once and that's all we needed to know to...
