Great Wall — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Rice and chicken were mushy. Ordered the "Crab rangoon" and received cheese wontons. When I called to tell them they messed up my order the lady proceded to tell me that first they were the same thing....when I told her that those were two different items she then said that mine has crab in it. When I told her it was nothing but cheese she told me that it was imitation crab?? Told her again that there was none of that in there. Then she went on to say that the crab was just cut very very small in the cheese. ... I tore open 4 of those suckers and not one bit of crab , imitation or real, was found. When I tried explaining to her that my concern was just that I didnt want to be charged for something I didn't get she said that none of the other customers complained about the "crab rangoons". Told her I wasnt every other customer and that the order was wrong that it was just cheese, no crab, and that the two items were not the same thing. After she huffed at me saying that she didnt know how else to explain it I hung up. Obviously wasnt going to get my money back and wasnt getting anywhere with this lady. Do not order from this restaurant!!!! My credit card was compromised!!! I ordered online and after I placed my order and receiving a confirmation that my order was complete, I received a phone call from someone at the restaurant saying my credit card did not go thru and they needed the information again. I looked at the number on my phone and then looked up the restaurant number to make sure it was them. It was so I gave the guy my credit card information over the phone. Later that night I received a text message from my bank asking if these charges were fraudulent- Google Devsiste - a South Korean gaming app ($9.99, 9.99, 7.99, 4.99). Yes, these were fraudulent charges and they were charged after I placed my order and was called to get my credit card information again. I even received a confirmation email at 7:38 pm saying my credit card went thru and the store called me at 7:40 pm saying it did not go thru. I now have to wait 7 business days to get another credit card! Be careful if you order from this restaurant!!!!! I will never order from...

The worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. Let me first begin with how disgustingly greasy all of the food was. My husband ordered a pu pu platter that consisted of heavily breaded, oddly colored food- I'm not sure if it was actually a real pork rib?? The chicken in the fried rice was gelatinous and slimy and I would not allow my son to eat it. Needless to say, we threw the majority of it out and gave my husband flack for straying from our regular place, Jade Garden. Stay away from this place-yuck. I usually dont give such harsh reviews, but this place deserved it. They should be ashamed for serving such trash. Too bad pics cannot be posted...
