Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Horrible experience thanks to the manager Stanley. We went thru the drive thru and paid and received our 2 combos and just needed our 2 extra coffees. Then we were told for the first time that there was a 10 min wait in the coffee all of a sudden after the fact We told him we had a 10 month old baby in car and would just rather have a refund for just the coffee he replied that it was against policy and we had to refund the entire meal and take our order back to throw it away. Isnt policy to inform people while ordering a wait time and not after? This guys attitude is horrible he yelled at a young mom with her child in the car and then acted like he didn't do anything wrong and threaten to call the police if we didn't just leave with out a refund or the coffees like a crazy person. Why didn't he tell us there was a 10 min wait to begin with we they took pur order? How is that the customers fualt. Once he realized there was another man in the car his entire attitude changed. Then knowing he was in the wrong didn't do anything when we had to go back in to the store to reorder the same order minus the coffee infont of him after he trashes the original order to cover up the fact he never said there was a wait on the coffee... hr needs to deal with guy before it ruins the location. Even the employees there were commenting how he's rude and put of control. Stay away from this location if Stanley is on the clock...

Last night I went through drive thru and ordered a BLTfrisco combo, a Star burger combo and hot ham and cheese sandwich. I went home put combos on plates for me and hubby and began to eat. After taking several bites of the star burger( I think that’s what it was called) I glanced down and the meat was almost raw. I thought I was gonna throw up. Anyone who knows me will tell you I like my burgers well well done. The Pattie is very thin to begin with so to be so uncooked and red it was not on grill for long at all. then flipped. i was so surprised because this as hardees!! Home of the charbroiled burger!! i tried to take a bite out of the BLTFrisco but that too was pinkish. so for 32.00 and some change i got a couple bites from a cold ham and cheese and felt like i was gonna get sick the rest...

The staff was indifferent there was no one at the front counter,four people in the kitchen area. I waited a full three and a half minutes and no one ever looked up or acknowledged that I was standing there. When I said something the girl closing containers made a smart comment to the other workers that people are just going to have to be patient. Then they started yelling where's Marcus or whoever the guy's name was that was supposed to be at the front counter this went on for another 2 minutes. The employee finally came to the counter and acted as if I were inconveniencing the work he was doing. The store was not clean or orderly there were almost no customers in the building at the time. This store lacks leadership from the top level to the supervisory level....
