Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Really nice people there but I’m going to start coming at this when I retire I can rely on this one the one that lives near me on Holland Rd., Virginia Beach, VA but I guess night they have literally messed up my order for the past four times I’ve been there I am tired of it and the funny thing is that most of the time I come there really late at night therefore they’re not even that busy so there is no excuse whatsoever for them to say that they missed under really nice people there but I’m going to start coming at this when I retire I can rely on this one the one that lives near me on Holland Rd., Virginia Beach, VA but I guess night they have literally messed up my order for the past four times I’ve been there I am tired of it and the funny thing is that most of the time I come there really late at night therefore they’re not even that busy so there is no excuse whatsoever for them to see that they missed underst me. So for now on I’m going to another one and I’m going to give a good review on the other one that I’m going to unlike this one if our you I wouldn’t go they can’t even get a drink order right as well .... who knows lol they might can’t get the names right 🤣🤣 ..... common sense is not that common .....

We ordered cheese sticks and a blast. The line was crazy but we were patient. It took 10 minutes. No exaggeration, ten minutes to get to the window. I could see past this, though I didn’t like it. Then we paid and she said “we are about to drop your cheese sticks. Pull up”. I replied with “no, we will wait here” this isn’t something I would normally do but they had ten minutes to already do this. I knew by staying at the window they would get my order out as soon as possible. Someone else then cane to me at the window and finally another old lady who looked like the human version of ROZ from Monsters inc. She said she was going to call the cops. Didn’t phase me. I already paid and was waiting on my food. She then about five minutes later said I wasn’t getting any food and she was refunding my money. I asked for a receipt of canceled transaction. She told me she had already did it. Then approximately a minute or two later threw a ten in our window. This told me she had lied to me previously. I called corporate and got a decent amount of free stuff, called the bank and canceled the transaction, and I guess made ten bucks off of it. ...

EVERY TIME I come here they get my order wrong! The latest time ( 9/2/18 ) I simply ordered 2) large sweet peach tea’s and they give me regular tea. That is after I corrected the order at the box 3 times when placing my order. So I tell them at the window and they took the drink back and came back 2 seconds later with the “correct” drink. Still taste like regular sweet tea. Than I went to the car hop slots and told them that they messed up my drink order and the manager jumps on the microphone says that they just pumped the peach flavoring into the top of the drink and I need to stir it up myself.

I HATE going to this particular location because they can’t even get the little things right, much less fix the problems correctly when they are made.

I understand mistakes happen and I’m normally forgiving and understanding because I’ve worked fast food myself. But this is just crazy.

That store needs new management that actually cares about what his/her job entails and not just pumping garbage out to the customer to meet customer quota times.

Piss poor effort = piss poor...
