Wingstop — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

I have to say after coming here for the first time I had high expectations and unfortunately it did not pan out one of the worst Wings I've ever had I got the garlic parmesan and I don't understand why they call it garlic parmesan because it was just a powder put on top of the chicken wing it was nasty I was hoping to have higher expectations but unfortunately Wingstop is not the choice the staff should have had my order ready by 10:37 and when I arrived they told me it's almost ready 15 minutes later finally got the wings I'm lost for words they only had two people working there Wingstop you're a major company but the service and the food is not there I did attach two photos for the food that I did receive as you can see the french fries would look like just crumbs crumbs lots and...

Now I use to like wingstop... Clean space , crew qearing gloves ans bathrooms smell decent or not bad. Now as a second time ordering in a few months, once with friends and by myself this last time. DISappointment. It is CLEAR they have the cookers temperature up to high or food cooking to long... They use the thin cut fries that should only take two minutes, but they are over cooked. So if the temperature is to high this may be the problem or they cooking to long. THE WINGS are normal size which great compared to other places but again they are over coooked or temperature is toooo high or they beong cookes toooo long. This the second time months. Organized chaos. Kitchen already dirty and this is a new location lol. No one communicating or running the register in the front. I had a to shout / catch an employee after waiting for about 15-20 min (along with the 10 other people that have no idea what's going on). I ordered a bulker bundle (half hot honey / half korean bbq). The wings were terribly quality - not worth the wait, hassle and knowing that the kitchen is getting nastier by the shift!
