I came into this bakery a couple of days ago during the morning hours, and I was quite disappointed. First of all, the place looks rundown and the tables were dirty. I asked for a Cuban toast with butter and Swiss cheese, and was told they don’t have any type of cheese. What kind of bakery does not have cheese?

The employee failed to provide me with other options, such as a pastry with cheese. Next, the place is loud by customers attempting to carry a conservation, but instead are yelling. Finally, the employees lack basic customer service skills towards female customers, but go out of there way to service men...

I find it very difficult to rate this place. Yes, it is a worn out building, they didn’t utilize the space they have to accommodate 1 or 2 more table, but they had an excellent lovely behavior towards the customers, very attentively listening and multiple time asking if everything was ok. I tried baked beef empanada, spinach and cheese empanada and guava and cheese pastelito together w cortadito and orange juice. All was very good, but my 5 stars goes...
