I went to the drive-through and ordered mozzarella sticks that were still cold inside, I went back through the drive-through to get the order replaced and was met at the window with the employee at the window and cook calling me a "liar"- and screaming it over and over inside the restaurant that I was a liar, all for a $4.00 mozzarella stick order. This was after I waited entirely too long to go back to the drive-through to even have the order replaced.. I was told "you ate one, so we can only replace three"- I responded that I didn't appreciate being called a liar and what would my motive be??? To get a free cheese stick, seriously?? She asked for the order that I purchased back, and I handed the bag with the food to her through the window and the cook and window employee smashed them in their hands, saying they were cooked right and I was a liar!!! I didn't even realize that this was something you could do at fast food, I have never had a fast food place except food back in through the window, isn't this a health hazard???? Not to mention, I've been sick for an entire week and now I'm handing food back that I have handled through the window for an employee and a cook to touch with food that I had partially ate- and they have no gloves on- beware and run from this...
Read moreIf I could give a zero review I one hundred percent would. I came to the store to provide service for my customer waited in line for over 20 minutes I was told by the Employee on the intercom to go to the doors. There are two sets of doors so I wasn’t sure which one to go to. I went to the window because at every Arby’s I’ve been to they will still give delivery to you at the window. I spoke to a male employee who didn’t even seem to know where the door dash orders were. A girl was standing there not helping him and when she finally spoke up she said “I told her to go to the doors and she didn’t listen”. The rudeness and attitude behind the way she said it was the icing on the cake for me. She was incredibly rude they could’ve clarified where I needed to go and on hearing the rest of the conversation they wanted me to go all the way around the building to the start of the drive thru where I had just been for 20 plus minutes already. I did speak up for myself and have already emailed corporate with more detail than I can type here but even delivery drivers should be treated with respect, we are representatives of the customer and if they treat us poorly I can imagine how...
Read moreThe sandwiches are always fantastic. Although the prices rival those of a delicatessen. Being a fast food restaurant is not the best choice to charge a prime price for its fast food products. However I am sure that you agree they are no longer the Roast Beef sandwich only restaurant. They have tried to reinvent themselves and doing it very well. Still a higher price restaurant in my book. NOW ABOUT SERVICE and I am not going to be playing around here. ARBYS you have not accepted the writing on the wall here. I am talking about your front register personnel who ask "what you want?" and walk into your restaurant with no one there. I am sorry but there needs to be someone there at all times. They mumble and care not if you are satisfied with the meal or their service. I am not sure if it is a lack of foresight but prime price, fast food restaurant, and bad service equals people who are not willing to return. Even if it is the best sandwich in town. You are still seen as a fast food restaurant who...
