Baja Fresh — Restaurant in Virginia

Store manager yelled at me and told me never to.come back again. He was furious because his system was down and had a very hostile behavior. I placed my order online and was charged $0, I came to the store to pay as I didn't wanted to affect the business. Once I arrived he was extremely rude when I pointed that I had a coupon. The coupon was a buy one get one 50 off, but he insisted it was only for other type of burritos even while the coupon itself didn't say that. He also said it was only for California, which didn't make sense at all. He said it was his decision to take the coupon or not, I pointed out that he was being very hostile, and he said he could discount $4 usd, being less than what the coupon offered. The food was good, but my reason for writing a review revolves around the professional and selfless service of employee “Golam”. I came in on a late Friday afternoon and he was the only one present in the restaurant. He was taking orders and then immediately running back to the kitchen to perform food preparation. I did ask him where the other employees were and he said two had called in and couldn’t make it. I was amazed at the professionalism of his work ethic and attitude. Despite being the lone person on shift, he did the job of essentially three without complaining, and in an expedited manner. People like this need to be recognized and I hope management takes notice of...

I've been going to Baja fresh for sometime now and it's a shame to say it has gotten alot of worse in terms of food quality. I can only talk on the burritos but they ALWAYS skimp on the meat, i just ordered a burrito not kidding there was like 4 pieces of steak in the whole burrito. Rice and beans don't taste fresh only they either add way too much tomatoes or rice. Service was fine, didn't hear "thank you" or "have a nice day" instead it was more of them trying to rush me out even though the place isn't that busy.
