Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Virginia

Sitting in Bellacinas currently. If I could give zero stars i would! We ordered 2 subs an fries. The young man brought 1 sub an fries to table . I ask about other sub he said we didn't order one. So they didn't give us a receipt but when ordering he repeated our order to us which included 2 subs ! So then he said we didn't pay for 1 sub. Yes we did ! Funny thing is why didn't we get receipt. So we looked up receipt on our phone an proved that we got 2 subs. So meanwhile the first sub is getting cold while waiting on the second sub. The fries had also gotten cold. Also ordered extra pickles didn't get those. But didn't want to keep arguing about it with child working register. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!! Also prices are way to high...30.00 for one 9 in sub is crazy. A the food wasn't even good after all the drama. Nope...

Fantastically delicious food (pizzas and grinder) and never disappoints. Not sure why some folks falsely describe the pizza as anything less than amazing. Toppings are always generous and tasty. Next person that says supermarket pizzas are better ought to state which supermarkets provide better pizza--I'd love to know! For those that said it was soggy, maybe they've left it in the box too long or walked through the rain with the box open, allowing their food to get wet. We typically carry out and have never had any soggy food. My work gets food catered from the Roanoke location a few times a year, and even that is not soggy nor disappointing (and has been sitting in boxes long enough to transport to the location and for us to get it set up for folks to enjoy). Highly recommend--this is our go to pizza / grinder...

UPDATE: Visited 8-10-18, not as cold (artic in the past). Temp pretty tolerable. Got taco salad again and salsa to salad ratio is still off, maybe even worse than before. Small container was only half full. 2 teaspoons of salsa for a 6 inch high salad is way off. But good salad otherwise. 2 salads, 2 drinks $22.25 Salads are huge! If you get the taco salad count on eating a "dry" salad as the ratio of salad to salsa is off. I personally like "dry" salads and use very little dressing if any at all so I was fine with it. For an extra fee you can get more salsa (which we did and the container was only half full!!!). It's always cold in there during warm days so take a sweater. Maybe even a coat. It is RIDICULOUSLY COLD!!!!! We were reminded why we don't go there during air...
