Bojangles — Restaurant in Virginia

UPDATE! I returned today after a month of boycotting. HUGE DIFFERENCE! The team was still shorthanded, but Ranae mentioned that immediately when I pulled up to the speaker. She was kind and clearly did what she could to help the customer. She confirmed my sauces and even gave me a couple extra for my wait! Things went smoothly, and I didn't even have a long wait despite the line and the fact that it there were only 2 people working. Both of them were very nice and were taking pride in their work. I LOVE this! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ BOYCOTT. Twice in a row, they were out of multiple menu items. Twice, they were rude, but this experience was mind-blowing. The person taking orders was actually angry with people just for ordering. Nothing I could do was right. I heard the way he talked to the poor old man in front of me and decided to try the sweet approach. Didn't even phase him. He just got worse. Finally, I straight up told him that I was done with his attitude and would be leaving. He just said, "ok," like he didn't care, wasn't happy, and was still angry. We won't be going back. We were regulars because we live close and it's an easy dinner after a long day. I'll drive across town before I go here again. ZERO STARS if it...

The AI ordering terrible. Cut my order off before I was finished. Had to add items at the window. Attendant was OK but "need to add to this guys order" seemed a bit like I was the problem because I didn't know within 2 seconds all the items I wanted ordered with the AI crap.

Didn't get my sauce with the meal, which if anyone knows, Bojangles tenders without sauce is pretty terrible on their own. Food was dry. Coke was pretty good though. My kid liked his food and watermelon tea, so not all was lost, but dang please get rid of the AI attendant. Will not be stopping here again, but that'll be easy since I was only passing through on my way back to NC.

Went here a few weeks ago to dine in, but the restaurant was closed for inside dining. This was around 8pm on a week night, which makes no sense seeing as how they are open until 10pm.

Stopped to pick up my wife something to eat on my way home tonight. Ordered a Cajun filet biscuit combo with seasoned fries and honey mustard on the side. They left the pimento cheese off the biscuit and did not put honey mustard in the bag, even though both items were listed on the receipt that I still have.

I quit going to other fast food chains near this location because of similar service. At this rate I am eventually going to quit going to this one.

Perhaps management needs to take a closer look at what is going on in their restaurant at this location. Closing the doors early and poor service is a recipe...
