Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

There are 2 Taco Bells between where I live and so it's really anybody's guess where I'll go. One location is brand new but this one has been around for awhile. Just last night I visited the drive thru. Only car in line store didn't look busy. Ordered over $20 in food and the drive thru had my order very quickly but every time I order over $10 in food from TB I always check the bag before leaving. Last night was no different. As I was pulling away I was missing 3 items from my order. Three! I turned around and went back through and got my missing items, however the drive thru associate didn't even apologize for their mistake and just handed me my food. Upon pulling away I rang up the store and asked to speak to the Manager. Her name was Ashley. Ashley apologized for the way her staff treated me and said to keep my receipt and she would remake my order in its entirety next time I came back. She definitely went above and beyond and that's why I'll be back and that's why this store gets 3 stars instead of 2....

Store is empty, not one person in drive thru line or lobby, the rain starts to come down, I pull up to the drive thru to pick up my doordash order. She quickly go silent after my announcement then it’s You’re going to have to come in for that! All they literally had to do was grab the bag and handed it to me through the window. NO ONE AT THE RESTAURANT ATALL! So I walk in and they all just stare at me😭 so sad. Not to mention we all know after the pandemic and people not returning the job especially restaurants having a staff that you regularly Close the lobby because they’re short staff at surprise notice we never know it’s it’s gonna be open and closed so the fact that they act like I have to come in it’s policy we’ve never handed door dash through the drive-through 😂👍🏽😘🤮 If this is how they handle their customers I don’t even want to know how the...

I went in to the one on Forest Road near Post Office and asked for a Keyto Power Bowl and the cashier had no idea what I was talking about....Manager came over and he did not know either...tried to show them what I was talking about but they did not have internet available to their customers....when I picked up my order (regular power bowl with beans etc. in it) manager said he looked it up on internet and now knew what I was talking about and did I want him to make that rather than what was on my tray...told him yes....BUT when I received it did not have all the items in it that was listed on internet...oh well...he tried...maybe upper management will read this and put out email to all Taco Bell's....hey....your employes need to know how to make Power Keyto Bowl...
