After this visit, I will most likely not return to this location. I came to this location since it was the closest to get the Apple Dumpling. I love this dessert. I have had it many times in the past. After getting it from this location, and attempting to eat it. I was disappointed. My apple was not completely warm. My apple was not soft like I experienced the day before from another location. My plastic spoon was bending as I was trying to eat it. That has never happened to me before when eating the Apple Dumpling. The scoops of ice cream were small. The scoops of ice cream for my whole order that day were small. I ordered two scoops of ice cream in a waffle bowel for my daughter. I have not been to this location in a while but I don’t remember this location being like this in the past. I will say the Freeze that I purchased for my other daughter. She said it was good. I have been going to Bruster’s for years now. I have went to many locations and I never felt this disappointed after leaving a Bruster’s location. Has ownership changed? I’m used to seeing teens working there and the atmosphere was different.

Was excited for our first visit to Brusters, but were disappointed with the quality of our 3 sm chocolate milkshakes. After they took our order we waited at least 10 minutes, (it was 930 when we gave our order, & they were not busy at the time. Only 3 ppl there, & they had ordered before we arrived.), they were more like chocolate milk with whipped cream, - (which was the highlight of the shake!)- then a shake. After I had said no to Chic Fil A, let's support the small local business man, I then felt that in this case I had made a mistake. I will go back 1 more time to give them another chance, which hopefully they will impress us with their product!! Stopped here thursday BEST place in town for ice cream...PERIOD.
Wonderful staff and AMAZING service. The variety of flavors is outstanding, the portions very GENEROUS. Staff is very friendly, courteous and flavors are always available. Plus they have drive thru no need to get out of your car. I LOVE the following flavors Starwberry, Pistachio, Butter pecan, and Pistachio and saffron ice cream.
They are open all year round because ice cream is a basic year round need. They have amazing deals with coupons, free or discount on your birthday and free ice cream with points so make sure to download the app.
