I just ordered the pan fried triple noodle from this restaurant to go. I have ordered this in the past on multiple occasions. I have NEVER been served food with such carelessness. I received a BURNT pile of the wrong kind of noodle. I figured calling up there in an attempt to get it all sorted out but that didn't happen. The lady on the phone began to argue with me over the noodles saying "these are the noodles that we always use" which is NOT the case. I wouldn't pay FIFTEEN DOLLARS for such a shoddy product and wouldn't even pay half that for the service I was given. I refuse to ever come back to this location and recommend others to do the same. This is such a shame being that I have been here nearly 10 times over the years. You have lost a faithful customer and I still am having difficulty understanding in how you can charge someone such an outstanding price for something that ISN'T EVEN EDIBLE. I will post pictures to show proof because I was getting the feeling that the lady on the phone thought I was lying. Why would I lie? For I can drive another 20 minutes to get the food I was supposed to get the first time?...
Read morePros: Staff was very kind! The waitress kindly corrected me about what I wanted to order lol and made sure that’s what I wanted haha, that was really sweet of her! I liked the place, it looked nice and clean!
Cons: They forgot to give us forks, and there wasn’t anybody but us and this one other lady. The wonton soup didn’t have any flavor unfortunately, no salt, no taste of the broth, the wontons didn’t taste like anything. The spicy and sour soup had so much oil and not a lot of flavor, wasn’t spicy at all and there was more tofu shreds than chunks. The noodles that I ordered was kinda dry, probably due to the starch, but it was still pretty good.
I rate this 2 stars because of the food. We were told this was a great place, and it feels disappointing that it wasn’t actually great.. and I see that there’s a lot of good reviews so I don’t know why our experience w the food was very different, maybe...
Read moreMy wife usually picks up Chinese food from another Chinese restaurant (which I won't name) on her way home from work. We decided to try this place yesterday and was unimpressed. We ordered General Tso chicken and Cashew Chicken dishes. Portion size was reasonable (but a bit more expensive than the other place).
The chicken in the General Tso dish was extremely tough and chewy. It contained gristle that was unchewable. The chicken in the cashew dish was better, but there wasn't as much of it as there is in the dish from the other place where we normally get food. The General Tso chicken came with a side of broccoli that was undercooked and very crunchy.
So, for our money, this place doesn't cut the mustard compared to our usual, or even to other places where we've...
