I keep going back time after time but it's the same disappointment from the longest waiting to something wrong with my orders. I love Outback and I do understand about not having enough employees to get through the day so make changes to take better care of your customers. This time we waited to be seated for an hour...ok that's not unheard of but then we were told after we were seated and ordered that the managers were cooking and they're backed up 45 minutes. Now think about this, if you were told up front what the extreme long wait looked like customers wouldn't have to be upset and write horrible reviews about your restaurant. Be upfront and honest if things aren't going good and I would continue coming back but you won't fix the many issues so I'm not coming...
