Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Virginia

Went thru drive thru today and ordered my food the guy charged me double for a meal so I asked for a refund. Refund was given to us at the window but the lead manager I suppose who gave us our money had a attitude and when I asked for two packages of avocado ranch dressing for my fathers salad she insisted it was in the bag and that she would have to charge me for more dressing. I use to love this location! They are near my home. This location has gone way down hill. They are super slow! Lots of new faces I’ve noticed. My food is never right and the employees do way too much personal conversations instead of making sure the orders are correct and the food is edible. Don’t get me wrong they are friendly but if I’m spending $10 on a salad I need it fixed right. I don’t want to wait in the drive-up for 10 minutes either. I might as well go to Wendy’s if I want slow inedible food. Come on...

Terrible customer service should label the lanes if they want you to use particular lanes and then talk down to you because you are in the wrong area. Worst experience ever. They were so busy and preoccupied they did not listen to my order and got it incorrect. To top it off, they did not give me enough straws for all of my drinks. What a train wreck! Not the typical...
