I came here for over a year, with multiple issues after getting my first screen replacement. My phone would turn off randomly, restart itself, go black, freeze, etc. Took it back once more because my phone went black and would not come back on. I was told by Raufi, that it was my charging port. So i said okay let’s fix it. Received the phone back & it had the same issue, less than an hour later. Went back to this store & he gave me the run around. “It’s your battery.” , No batteries available at his store either. So i took it to “Tech Solutions, in the riverdale shopping center of mercury”. Within that visit, I was told the screen I had was incorrect & that was the error with my phone & what was causing on the issues. ADDING, that my charging port had also NOT been replaced at all. All he did was go into my settings under analytics and he found the code for that saying, “faulty screen”. Basically, don’t trust them. I have been having issues for he longest, kept getting new screens (bc i paid for the premium, “close to apple screen” - so replacement was free as long as there was no cracks) and WHOLE TIME, he had just been putting the incorrect screen onto my phone & held onto my phone overnight to not even fix the issues. I feel so bad that in the middle of all the malfunctioning phone chaos, I didn't even get this wonderful man's name! The owner is so kind and helpful. He's not only knowledgeable and well-informed, he's fair and accommodating. I was pretty panicked and upset about my phone breaking, but he assured me he would take care of everything, and he did. He helped me right away, ordered parts immediately, called exactly when he said he would when everything was ready to go. My partner had been to this repair spot a few months earlier and had such a great experience, too, so he knew exactly where to take me when my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra broke. I called to get a quote on having my Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra screen replaced, and was quoted for both aftermarket and an oem screen. I thought the aftermarket screen would be sufficient and Raufi ordered and installed it. However, I'm a heavy phone user and did not like the quality of the aftermarket screen. Raufi resolved it by ordering the OEM screen next day and installed that. As a side note, he was able to get the green color at a much better price, so I went with that despite my phone having a black back.
