Let's see here:
-Terrible parking lot design and despite a rebuild, it's even worse now.
-There is ALWAYS an item missing from your order. COUNT on it. All those people running around and it taking 20 minutes to get your order, you'd think they could manage to read the ticket for your order. It's an actual primary function of their role and yet you have reviews upon reviews showing it's a frequent issue. I have experienced this so many times I've just given up on this location. Clearly they do not care, start voting with your wallet.
-The app is bullshit. They do not provide final receipts for any deliveries so it's impossible to get a final receipt that reflects the total accurately. If you ask Chick-Fil-A, THE COMPANY WHO TOOK YOUR MONEY, to provide you an accurate receipt, they'll send you to another company (DoorDash) as if they aren't possible for reflecting accurate transactions. Not happening. I already gave you my money, provide services as rendered or enjoy being investigated for fraudulent transaction by my credit card company.
Furthermore, maybe people wouldn't be forced to use the crappy app that doesn't even have accurate receipts if you all allowed DoorDash to have the most basic options for ordering; you know things like opting out of an ingredient or wanting to add on upcharges to your order. It's all blocked.

Read moreI came to this location at 1:00pm on a Friday. It was crowded. I was with my two year old on a daddy/daughter day. I get through the line as fast as one would reasonably expect for Chick-fil-a, so not a terrible wait. I ordered a small shake for my daughter and ice cream for myself. We received a table marker and sat down. The employee that checks tables and the condiment stand asked if we were doing good (she was very nice!), and at that point, me and my daughter were doing fine. After 10 minutes of waiting (and watching 5 milkshakes go out to other people that ordered entire meals after us), I went to the front counter to ask for our desserts, table marker and receipt in hand. While waiting, two employees walked past me (not carrying food to customers) like I wasn’t there. One employee did help me and got my order straight to me and apologized. Total wait time for a small shake and ice cream: 15 minutes. This was a vastly different experience than every other Chick-fil-a I have been to in the area. To make things worse, I had to abandon our table so I could take my daughter to the front to ask about our desserts. By the time everything was sorted out, the table had been occupied by someone else and we had to find...
Read moreWent to grab 2 breakfast combos and an extra hashbrown and sweet tea after my son’s baseball tourney. We went through the drive thru, got my order and parked (hubby came up later to Richmond so we had 2 cars up there) so I could give my husband his food. I was missing a hash brown and had to go in and let them know I needed one.
Instead of just handing me one and apologizing, for the inconvenience…they made me go through another transaction.
If I had gone it to order it may be different but I used the drive thru so I didn’t have to go in. I told the manager on duty that I have never experienced this at a CFA around me (Hampton Roads area). CFA’s usually mess up once or twice a year and apologize and make it right.
Mr Blake Kell, I am sure you have to be careful about people coming in and claiming stuff like I did, but I will try my hardest to pick another CFA next time.
I did receive a card for a free dessert (she says it work anywhere) and I really like that there was a separate line for mobile ordering (even though it was still a 2-lane drive thru, and that I wasn’t stuck behind anyone and could exit the drive thru line once...
