Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Virginia

I was extremely disappointed with my order. My order was prepared by an employee named “Jenna” (name shown on the order cup label). Not sure if this same employee prepared the sandwich and fries however the chicken patty I received had grill marks, but didn’t look properly heated — it still looked pinkish inside.The fries also appeared pale.

Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This isn’t just about bad service — this is potentially hazardous. Grill marks don’t mean anything if the inside is undercooked and cold. I would never buy from this store again.

To make matters worse, some of the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional when handling mobile orders. They act like handing over a bag is rocket science — no greeting, no update, immature, rude behavior with zero professionalism or respect. Orders are often not ready on time, wasting both drivers and customers time. If common courtesy and efficiency are too much to handle, maybe they’re in the wrong job.

This place markets itself as a Christian company, but from what I’ve observed most of the staff act nothing like it. If you’re going to represent Christian values, start by hiring people who actually understand them — or stop using faith as a marketing gimmick to profit from. I’ve received far better service at places with no faith-based...

I understand this Chick-Fil-A is new. This review is based on consistent inconsistencies across three visits over a two week period.

The best - the drive through efficient is amazing - fast ordering. and a line that moves forward quickly

The average - food is not yet consistently cooked the same yet, morning tater tots are undercooked; afternoon fries have both freshly cooked potatoes in the same carrier as cardboard potatoes from older batches not tossed out. Strips are nicely done - juicy and consistently cooked; where nuggets are hit and miss; smaller nugget size than other stores and today were overlooked.

The bad - three times I've asked for light-ice in a drink, which seems to translate to "fill it up more!" All three, after finishing the drink, the ice was within an inch of the cup rim.

It would also be nice to have at least one fountainhead available to caffeine-free Diet Coke like other store.

Edit 2016-10-17 - downgrading to two stars. I went by this evening through the drive through around 8pm to see if I had a few bad nights previously. Again, the fries were mixed; one in the carton was good, the next was cardboard/aged. What really is problematic is the inconsistencies now enter into the chicken strips -- I order a four count; received three, and two of them are roughly 1.5...

Very unprofessional and arrogant staff. They deliberately cheat with the customers orders and never returns money back, I have been victim of them 3 times (my bad, why did I give them chance to cheat me thrice). First time I gave them benefit of doubt that they might have missed, second time I threw the receipts and I thought I might have ordered wrong!!! third while picking the order for Togo I asked the server if everything is in there, he said it’s all there (another bad of me, I should have verified that right then and there, but I went by that guy’s word) after reaching home I found that 4 chicken biscuits were missing. I immediately called them and they said hold for a moment and they put the phone away, then When I returned to the store to check I found they kept the phone away (till this time, I was on hold and didn’t cut the phone) when I asked them what’s going on then he said, I can’t refund you but I can get you 4 biscuits next time free I can’t get you this now because it’s already 10:30 now. When he took off the notepad to add my name to the list of heated orders, I was at 22nd number on that page of that day, now you can imagine how deliberately they do these cheating.
