I had a pickup from Uber on Aug 10 from around 11 pm to 12 am with a drive-through. I told the customer's name and picked it up, and before I received the first order, and got a second customer's demand during the time. So, I told her I had just got a second customer's order, and I was trying to explain to her and get my second customer's food. She explained that they had just got the order, which I understand. And then she told me to drive thru again to get my second customer's food?? and I asked if it was okay to park in the parking lot in front of the store, and once you guys finished the order, could you deliver it to my car? I asked this because this was an efficient way to receive food in my current situation and also they can keep serve potential drive thru customers. The Mcdonald's or Wendy's other franchises would follow my way before I ask them. but somehow she stared at me with an attitude and looked like me an idiot. I didn't appreciate the way she stared at me. She said okay at the end of the conversation. But I had no idea why I had to drive thru again and deserve lousy behavior from this employee. She seems stressed a bit with the other people's orders. And then she distresses me for no reason. I don't care whether she is stressed with her problem because that is her problem. I don't deserve to have her stress. I was there to explain the situation and tried to communicate with her. Have to do something about...
Read moreIf I could give this place negative stars I would. Both me and another customer were ignored while we stood by the register waiting to order. Eventually the man was told he had to order using the computer because they were too busy. He left. I was going to try but having worked in retail my disappointment with how I was being treated made me leave. I’m unemployed right now and made a special trip there. I walked out but turned around and asked to speak with the manager who said she’s too busy working the drive through. What am I? Does it make me any less of a customer because I walked in???? I asked for the corporate number and she mumbled under her breath and walked away. She did not care how I felt nor how she treated me or the other customer that walked in. Worst customer service I have ever received. PERIOD. Avoid going here. There is a reason why Chick Fil A across the street has long lines and they don’t!!! This woman has her job because of customers. Without customers she will be jobless. Chica was a terrible example of a manager in à leadership...
Read moreI usually come here and it’s fine (hence 2 stars instead of 1), but to the night shift of 6/24/24, I was shocked when I opened my bag at home. In my order, I received a normal quesadilla instead of my crunchwrap supreme, a rice and bean burrito instead of my 5 layer cheese burrito, and my cheesy potatoes were just never added.
To top it all off, when I was handed my iced coffee, the guy at the register asked for it back, took off my lid with his bare hands, added ice and handed it back it to me. Just unpleasant all around and if it wasn’t so late i’d want a full refund, but oh well. Sad.
Update: It goes deeper. My cheesy gordita crunch (which was a free reward and is now gone), as well as my two soft tacos were reduced to 3 soft tacos with beans instead of meat. The only thing that was actually right on my order was my coffee, and even THAT got messed up. What a sad night to be a...
