We live close by and have been to this chipotle ~30 times in the past 3 years. We had always loved coming here because the food was always fire 🔥. Lately there has been a lot of employee turnover. We went tonight 8/23/22 around 6:30pm and the service couldn't have been worse. All three of the ladies behind the counter looked like they would rather give up their left kidney than be working there another second. I asked for double veggie in my bowl because I really love the sautéed peppers and onions, and she gave me less than a normal 1 scoop. It was pathetic. She knew it too, and didn't care. The next lady was working on the guy in front of me and my bowl. I couldn't really see, but I heard the guy in front of me ask "wait, which ones mine?" Like he was suspicious they got switched. Well wouldn't you know, they got switched. I got his bowl, which is not what I wanted. I didn't notice until we got home to eat. Lastly, my fiance attempted to scan his chipotle rewards code and accidently scanned it twice. The lady behind the registered grunted loudly in annoyance and slammed her hand down on the counter. It was just overall a pathetic experience. What happened to all they great people who used to smile and make bomb bowls. That's what always kept us coming back... such a shame. I hope management sees this and knows which associates are...

Let me tell you, how disappointing my trip was this time to Chipotle. You cannot tell me, it happens. If it’s happened to me, then I’m guessing it would have happened to several people out there at this exact location.
Food - it was extremely salty, I literally felt like I tasted salted in food, every bit I took felt like extra salty. Completely ruined my lunch. When you go on to their app, you’ll see just rate the order. You give them low rating. Usual message pops up, your feedback helps us improve our service.
It’s so hard to get to customer service, you have to jump several hoops in order to reach an agent. The chat with pepper never understands what’s the issue is.
I rather eat less to no salt than having extra salt in my food. This is ridiculous, by the way, my comment should help others understand how things are going down with Chipotle, not looking for compensation at all.

Black Beans have been HARD on a few occasions and when i asked i was told they come that way. So i left and went to another chipotle and that was fine.
They passed inspection and all celebrated however i find it less than immaculate when i have been there at times (behind the counter)
i have ordered chips and salsa with a meal. Twice they were not included in the bag - i didn't check before i left (my fault) and i mentioned it the next time (Not wanting a free offer or refund) but “hey - you may want to check that”- barely a head nod was the reply.
Mostly they are standing around chatting… and last time there was a 4 minute wait for rice?! How is that possible ? It wasn't the end of the day.
