My boyfriend went to get food for his lunch break for him and his friends, he said there was two women talking and he was ignored for a few minutes while they continued to have a conversation. After a few minutes of waiting they finally took his order, however the lady who took his order was very rude and had a bad attitude. It took another few minutes to receive his order while she went back to the conversation she was having with the other woman. After finally receiving the order my boyfriend did not receive his order complete, they had forgotten a side of eggs he had ordered. Also, when he began to eat his food he realized that there was a piece of banana in his food and to our greater dismay, his friend received a small rock in his order of beans. That is not acceptable. This is one of my favorite bakery’s for sweet bread! I can’t stress enough at the fact that if you love Mexican conchas not every place makes them the same! I’ve trained different bakeries and this is my Number one for conchas! The softness and right amount of sugar and it doesn’t have the yeast, baking powder taste to it like in other places. So if you are looking for conchas they make them fresh every day, they are done by 1pm BUT they are so popular so they are gone by 6pm! So check your time! I’ve been coming here for a month now and every time I come they aren’t finished being made yet or they are gone already haha. Let me tell you the waiting game is sooooo worth my drive for it! Terrible and unacceptable customer service. I waited over 20 minutes to be waited on. Women were just ignoring me and when I asked for manager they said he was in the back. I called, he answered and was just as rude. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. When I was finally taken care of, woman said I came at the wrong time. I will never go back there for anything. Food is terrible, cakes were decent but I’ve found an excellent place.
