Deli Italiano Lansdowne — Restaurant in Virginia

Took my family here today. We ordered a small pizza, Godfather sub and a bacon and avocado salad. First off the lady that took our order was very rude. When my husband ordered his sandwich it clearly states on the menu sandwich comes with onion. He asked very politely that his sandwich to come with no onions. Instead of her just saying okay, she proceeded to correct him and say “that sandwich doesn’t come with onions” with a very rude demeanor. I then ordered my salad she asked what dressing I would like. I asked if they had olive oil and vinegar? Again, with a rude attitude she replied “we have oil and vinegar”. We received the salad and the sub first which I thought our pizza would be right behind it. It wasn’t, we waited another 10 min on the pizza. The pizza was for my kids. My salad which was $8.99 had very little green lettuce and a ton of iceberg, bacon bits and 3 slices of avocado. Very disappointed with this restaurant and will never go back. Pizza was not the best either. Oh, she handed us the pizza with no paper plates. Then it’s like pulling teeth...

Near my neighborhood. Came in a little before dinner, around 5-ish on a Monday night. The person who took my order was friendly. Ordered a Philly Cheese steak with fries.

Restaurant was completely empty. Chairs were tucked in but when we went to sit, the table was dirty. Used my own travel lysol and some napkins to wipe the table down.

Order came out within 15 min. What I got was 85% bread, mayo and lettuce. It literally looked like it had a total of MAYBE 2 tablespoons of crumbled meat. At least it was warm. Had a banana pepper rings on it that still had the stem attached. Fries were at least crispy and hot.

Ladies room was dirty and completely out of toilet paper. The only trash can in the lobby was full and overflowing when we tried to clean up after our meal.

I remember the food and this place being WAY better.... needs some TLC to bring it back...

First and last time here! Ordered a steak & cheese, lettuce was the main ingredient! Very little "steak" almost no onion, couldn't taste the mayo... super dry sub! Go to SANTINIS.... any location for $10 the sub is so heavy and FULL of sliced Prime rib eye, you wont eat dinner that night! You guys are nuts to think that people will come back here and support this place. I will be sure to share my first time visit with everyone I know. Please don't even offer me a silly reply to come back and "make it right". Especially in the food business, sometime you only get 1 shot. Good luck getting repeat customers. How embarrassing to serve me something like this. Not to mention the cashier was making salad dressing right there at the counter where...
