Just go to blue lounge next door, 1 you don't pay a fee and 2 you don't have unprofessional security guards
I’m giving Diamond Lounge a 1-star rating despite the great service because of an unprofessional and overstepping security guard. We were searched at the entrance as expected, and there was no one standing at the double doors afterward to direct or assist us. Suddenly, security guards came rushing, creating an unnecessary scene. Apparently, a staff member who was supposed to be monitoring the door wasn’t there because they stepped away for a drink. Instead of calmly addressing the situation, the security guard escalated it, even involving the manager (in a red T-shirt). It felt chaotic and unorganized.
To make matters worse, the same security guard—young, wearing glasses, and driving a silver Toyota Corolla—was out in the parking lot taking pictures of cars and shouting about calling the police on people parked in nearby private property (like CVS). This behavior is completely out of line and far beyond his job scope. As a security guard, your role is to ensure the safety of the club and its patrons, not to harass people outside or play parking patrol. His behavior was unprofessional, disruptive, and not suited for someone in this position.
Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Diamond Lounge. The lack of professionalism from security...
Read moreUnprofessional and illogical - Me and my group were having a good time minding our business until a fight broke out behind us. These people were really intoxicated, messy, and violent. After security broke up the fight, they immediately came out of nowhere, grabbing my brother and kicking him out. Claiming that he was “too drunk," which was an overstatement because, although he was drinking, he was genuinely fine and minding his business. There were many drunk people everywhere, and they were way more intoxicated. We have witnesses who saw everything go down, and that can validate this. On top of that, a fight had just broken out. We followed behind confused, asking for answers instead they wouldn’t comply with us being extremely rude, unprofessional, and UNREASONABLE. Even at the end, one of the security guards knew they were at fault. Everyone else was allowed to stay, including the drunk people who fought. My brother was the only one who was wrongfully kicked out. This place clearly picks and chooses, being discriminatory. Truly unfair and foul....
Read moreThis place is what it is. A tourist trap that I am sure locals would rarely go to. I do think they try, but the food is mediocre at best, bordering on unedible at times. The place could be a little cleaner, but with all those kids running around I can see how that would be difficult. They hock overpriced tshirts, sweatshirts, and hats in the front. My 11-year old bought a hat and a pair of $10 sunglasses that fell apart like 10 minutes after he bought them. (He didn't drop them, the arm just literally fell off while they were on his head.) They exchanged them, but I witnessed one of the ladies behind the counter give him a nasty attitude before a second one stepped in and swapped them. They have a cheap, small, but adequate for what it is, arcade in the back for the kids. A flat screen tv had college basketball on in one of the dining rooms, so that was appreciated. Not sure I would return, but the place does probably...
