Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

I ordered 2 medium pizzas at 7:45 and waited an hour and a half before calling. When I called, someone answered the phone "hello?", NOT "thank you for calling Dominoes" or something similar. I called and asked if I could still expect my order, the response was, do you want a refund? I told them no, I had waited for an hour and a half and just wanted to know when to expect my order, his response, as soon as we can! What the hell does that even mean? So I asked a 3rd time, he offered me a coupon! I waited ANOTHER 45 minutes, they still didnt have a clue what was going on with the order (their words) and then blamed it on Volvo. I told the lady I'd been waiting over 2 hours for a 5 minute delivery for 2 pizzas, then it went from Volvos fault to it being a holiday, which by the way is 4 days away, easter... I asked for a refund that she said would take a week.... So quality time with my daughter went for great to bad to worse to us not eating at a decent time to us not getting our order to me having g to wait a week and maybe more for a refund....

Ordered pickup. For some reason, one of my orders was cancelled so they had to cook it again. So that the other part of the order was fresh, the lady at the register said she was cancelling that order too and remaking it. I had to wait about a half hour for the orders to be prepared. I'm going to be trying delivery today and let everyone know how that goes. I ordered the carbanara last time on a bread bowl. The bread absorbed all the pasta sauce, leaving just noodles and bread that was way too garlicky. Actually, they seem to lay on the garlic. I thought it was neat that you could watch them make your items from start to finish. I think it would keep kids occupied,to a degree and there's steps for the little ones. I put in my order at 4:15pm to be delivered at 7:30pm. I called at 7:15pm concerned that the tracker had not moved. I was told and repeated to rudely that my driver would be leaving soon. At 7:38pm the app said my driver was 2 mins away which was already 8 mins late. My food did not arrive until 8:08pm, 38 minutes late. The store stated my driver got a flat tire, my driver stated that the manager at the store told him the delivery was for 8:15pm even though the receipt clearly showed 7:30pm. My lunch break was from 7:30pm-8pm at my job, not only was I late returning to work, myself nor my colleagues had time to eat so the entire order was a complete waste. We will not EVER order...
