Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

I genuinely don’t know how this Dunkin is still in business. I have gone several times recently with the hopes that the previous bad experiences were just bad days for the store and employees and that my next experience would be an improvement. It’s honestly gotten worse. Every time I go I have to wait at least 20 minutes for my online order that I placed 20 minutes prior. Nothing is ever ready when I arrive. They are always out of something or their equipment is down. The last time I went I placed a mobile order 15 minutes prior to my arrival. I walked in to get my order and nothing was ready I had to stand in a line of four other people for 20 minutes. None of us standing in line were ever helped and everyone walked out. They were getting all of the drive thru orders wrong also and the three ladies working were extremely rude and never acknowledged any of us that were standing in line. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. For starters the drive through takes 15 minutes before you can even order no matter how many people are in line. Then it’s another 10-15 minutes sitting at the window before you can get your food/drink. If you choose to order ahead on the app they don’t even start making the order until you arrive and you have to repeat what you ordered to them. Most days (anytime of the day) they are out of bagels or donuts or their machines are down. The food tastes like a dirty dog rolled in it AT BEST and it’s a toss up whether the drinks will taste good or not. On numerous occasions both me and my mother ordered cappuccinos and neither of them had espresso in them. I had to go inside and have them add espresso. Who doesn’t put the coffee in a coffee drink?? I go to Dunkin at least once a week if not more and I have vowed to never give this location a penny of my money again and I recommend everyone else to...

So disappointed in this Dunking Donuts. The coffee is always inconsistent or some machine is down and they can’t make it. As for the food, they never have anything but plain donuts no matter what time of day you show up. Hoping a Starbucks can come to this area because I can always rely on them.

Update 01/04/22 Customer service is still terrible. I ordered a black iced coffee and asked if they had any apple fritters left. The employee gets upset with me and informed that they only carry those in the morning time and mind you it was 11:00am when I ordered. When I tell the employee that I will just take the iced coffee, he then replies back with "So I assume you don't want cream and sugar then?". As far as I was aware that's what an iced black coffee is. This will be my last visit to this Dunkin Donuts and I will make the extra drive to Starbucks where I can find smiling faces who do not get upset with me when they are out...
