Food at this location has not been good for a while on top of everything the management team is not fair to their employees. My daughter worked there and food along with ice cream would be all over the floor making it hazardous for the employees to work there. My daughter hurt herself there and it was caught on camera. The management team or supervisor Tiffany along with her 1st assistant did not fill out a incident report instead they looked over my daughter's injury. They finally realized it was serious when she received a doctor's note requesting she be granted a stool in which the 1st assistant was not happy about and began targeting my daughter. She began making up allegations of unhappy customers which was false. My daughter loves helping people! The manager Tiffany only solely relied on her 1st assistant when Tiffany was the one saying my daughter was doing a great job per her last conversation before getting fired. I spoke with the 1st assistant and she even told my daughter to walk home after firing my daughter knowing my daughter's ankle was hurt in their establishment. No one should work under this management team until new managers from Tiffany down is replaced. They are very unfair. When I called Tiffany regarding why my daughter was fired her excuse was totally different by saying my daughter hadn't caught on. Read moreI ordered an order of French toast sticks and fries for my kids. Thank God I didn't haven them with me at 4:20pm because I didn't get the order till 4:50pm. After I was asked to pull forward, then after 15 minutes I stopped a food runner...who WENT BY ME TWICE, then I heard yell in the kitchen that I was still waiting. Then he told me it would be right out. 15 minutes later he comes back to look at the receipt citing "there was some confusion"
If you told me they forgot I can forgive that but how did they forget AND THEN still not provide the order after another 15 mins.
If my oldest son worked somewhere and showed that kind of disregard of looking at a customer through the window after 10 minutes, then 15 minutes and 20 minutes and not engaged of his own accord, I would hope you would tell him how rude he was and either correct him or fire him.

Read moreI am not returning to this location if I can help it. Every time I go, I regret it. Long waits, order are always messed up. Every. Single. Time. Staff if rude. They regularly don’t include all items on the order, even though receipt shows we paid for it. One night the wait was even longer than normal (which is saying a lot for this place) I was told by the car on front of me, after we got out to be sure nothing was weont that the manager walked off the job and everyone else apparently had no clue how to make the orders or run the window. That was a while ago, and I tried again today because my kids really wanted a milkshake from Sonic, sure enough they left out half the order and I had to wait 15min to get ithebrest of my good.
