Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

I always come here to get great drinks and great food and it doesn't disappoint, well most of the time. Let me just start off by saying it wasn't a completely positive experience but it was not completely negative either. Like I said, I always come here to get great products but last Sunday I came in about 15 minutes before closing to get a coolata and a young lady helped me out. I bought them and she was very nice but then when I got the drinks they were so thick and chopped up and disgusting..I couldn't even drink the thing, it was the absolute worst coolata I have ever had in my entire life. I kindly asked her to make it again and she agreed but she also said "I can but it might just be like the last one" and I said "Ok thank you" and so she made it and it was just as bad as it was the first time so she offered me a refund and i took it. I recently had a delightful experience at Dunkin' that I just have to share. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly atmosphere and an even friendlier waiter. A few months ago, I found a blue sticker, like the ones you would use for a yard sale, in my iced coffee. I posted a photo of it on the Dunkin corporate Facebook, which resulted in a case opening and a very brief phone call with general manager so she could tell me the origin of the aforementioned sticker and that she spoke with the staff. I stayed away for a little while because one that happens it just sticks with you for a time. Today, I returned and as I was drinking my iced coffee, I swallowed the oddest little ice cube through my straw that I could feel scratching down my throat.
