I was just in this Dunkinā and not only did I have to wait 10 minutes for my order despite ordering ahead via the Dunkinā app, they didnāt put any cream in my coffee. When I went back to the counter to ask for some cream to add to it, the employees (one of them being a manager I believe) tried calling to pass it off as being darker due to the peppermint mocha flavor swirl in my coffee. However, I worked as a barista in college and peppermint mocha syrup doesnāt make coffee THAT dark.
They fixed the drink, but this is my third visit in a row where the employees have been slow in preparing orders or gotten an order wrong (they gave my mother coffee that tasted like it had been sitting all day when I got coffee for us on Veterans Day). This is also the second visit in a row where Iāve had to check how much milk was actually in my drink and then gotten coffee spilled onto my pants as a result as well.
Iām seriously considering not visiting this location again unless they take some steps to improve their speed...

No orders were ready & no orders were being made. There was a girl at the cash register taking walk in orders & a guy making food. Standing there watching the food cook. 10 minutes pass by & everyone was getting restless as no orders are coming out. A guy asked about who is making the online orders & it fell on deaf ears. No one answered. I asked for a refund for my online order. I was told that was impossible. It took almost 30 minutes for an iced coffee using the online app. When I got outside & took a sip, it was not what I ordered. I will never set foot in this location ever again. They do not care about their customers time or money. No apologies were given & were rude the entire time I was inside the store. There are plenty of great coffee options in reston so I will spend my money elsewhere. This...
