Dunkin' — Restaurant in Virginia

I was just in this Dunkin’ and not only did I have to wait 10 minutes for my order despite ordering ahead via the Dunkin’ app, they didn’t put any cream in my coffee. When I went back to the counter to ask for some cream to add to it, the employees (one of them being a manager I believe) tried calling to pass it off as being darker due to the peppermint mocha flavor swirl in my coffee. However, I worked as a barista in college and peppermint mocha syrup doesn’t make coffee THAT dark.

They fixed the drink, but this is my third visit in a row where the employees have been slow in preparing orders or gotten an order wrong (they gave my mother coffee that tasted like it had been sitting all day when I got coffee for us on Veterans Day). This is also the second visit in a row where I’ve had to check how much milk was actually in my drink and then gotten coffee spilled onto my pants as a result as well.

I’m seriously considering not visiting this location again unless they take some steps to improve their speed...

I used the app to order an iced coffee. When I arrived there were only 2 employees working. A large crowd was standing around waiting for online orders. No orders were ready & no orders were being made. There was a girl at the cash register taking walk in orders & a guy making food. Standing there watching the food cook. 10 minutes pass by & everyone was getting restless as no orders are coming out. A guy asked about who is making the online orders & it fell on deaf ears. No one answered. I asked for a refund for my online order. I was told that was impossible. It took almost 30 minutes for an iced coffee using the online app. When I got outside & took a sip, it was not what I ordered. I will never set foot in this location ever again. They do not care about their customers time or money. No apologies were given & were rude the entire time I was inside the store. There are plenty of great coffee options in reston so I will spend my money elsewhere. This...

For the past six months it is just getting worse at this location of Dunkin Donuts me and my wife on different occasions put in some orders and the worker doing the order do not know what we are saying and we keep on repeating to them what we would like then we asked him did he understand the order that we gave him he'll nod his head and say yes and start making order then we received the coffee large and a small coffee the lodge coffee did not have no Carmel that my wife asked for multiple times I got my coffee and it was a small coffee usually they put tags on the merchandise that they give you stating what it was both coffees had no tags my wife told them that I ordered a medium and started saying that she said it was a small coffee and she did not ask for call now he did not give us a receipt I am not coming back to this Dunkin Donuts ever again it...
