I called to inform the store that although my receipt read correctly, there was still mustard on the sandwich, and needed it remade. The employees were combative on the phone from the beginning and were discussing in the background in Spanish whether or not I was lying (I speak Spanish). Once I arrived with the incorrect sandwich in hand, to pick up my remade sandwich, Khurram didn’t believe that the initial one was made incorrectly so she asked to inspect it herself, at which point she told me again “there isn’t mustard on it”. To anyone specifically requesting “no mustard” the taste of mustard is very obvious. The yellow mustard with brown dots was clearly visible on my sandwich, and there is absolutely zero reason for me to have wasted my time and returned to the store if there wasn’t in fact mustard on the sandwich. I have an egg allergy and am GF which I know can be annoying for those in the food industry and try to do my research on allergens the best I can beforehand. However, there is little to no information listed on the firehouse website. Seeing as the store was empty I took the opportunity to ask about ingredients in the GF bread and was met with the rudest response. The woman said no she could not check and it was not listed on the package it comes in either. Having shopped in US stores and worked as a restaurant manager before I know this was a lie. I again asked if she was sure it’s not listed anywhere or if they had any papers listing allergens in store. The woman said to look online and would not speak to me again after that. Read moreI ordered online to avoid waiting as long as in person order usually takes. Showed up to get my order, place was empty and no staff in sight, I started to yell hello, when reluctantly someone came out from the back. I said I placed an online order, to his reply was to call another staff memeber from the back. Who then proceeded to tell me it was on the pick up shelf (I already looked, no orders where there) then he grabs a ticket to find it was my order. A third person, female, comes out from the back and they start making my order. No apology or any thing said to me. Highly disappointed, trying to bring dinner home to my family after a long day of work. Lazy staff, unprofessional. Food is ok, but I doubt I’ll be back.
