Franconia Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

First time trying to order, the pizza delivery was marked complete on the order page, it was 10 min after the max estimated time, but hadn't received the pizza yet. Decided to give them a call to see what the status was, hoping it was on the way and just running a bit late. After a bit of trouble finding the order, they hadn't even put my pizza in the oven since they were busy. (If the order was going to be that late, I really should have received some kind of notification.) She asked if I wanted to wait or get a refund and gave the refund right away, but as I was asking a question, she hung up. I doubt it was intended to be rude, but was pretty frustrating in the moment.

I'll probably give this place another shot to see if this was just bad luck on a busy night or the norm since they seem to have mostly good reviews. At that point I'll update this review,...

I don’t know how this place got 4.5 stars. The staff is rude, condescending and damages the business itself.

This lady was rolling her eyes and snapping at me constantly and when I asked her if she was okay she said “let’s not go there”

Then she went off on me for taking my time to order. She said I should have walked in knowing what I wanted. And I brought bad energy.

After being subjected to such treatment I’m allowed to take my money some place else.

This woman refused to give me a refund and said “im 61 and I don’t need to apologize” not that I ever asked for an apology. And said “free food for someone else”

WIth all the great reviews, we thought we would give this a go. We ordered several pizzas and 18 wings. I want to start off by saying the wings were awesome! Everyone thought they were very tasty, even without a dipping sauce. The pizzas were good/alright. Not bad, just nothing to write home (or google reviews) about.

I will also say, I had the order delivered. The sauce for the wings were not included upon delivery, but after a quick call, the driver brought the sauce within about 5 mins.....but honestly the wings did not even need the sauce! I would say the service was all around quite good.
