Hardee’s — Restaurant in Virginia

My name is Octavia Clay, and I was at Tanglewood location yesterday I came into town to visit my family, I had the worse experience ever there. Lashana Crump whose was the manager on duty at the moment does not know how to represent Hardee's, and her GM, I have two family members who works for Hardee's at that location, I'd texted one of them to see if I could get a discount under her name, she already explained to me one of the managers already denied her employee meal to my brother, which is her husband, I told her it was okay it wasn't a big deal I was gonna pay out of pocket anyways. Needless to say my husband, and I arrived, and my brother approached me that manager was already being disrespectful towards him, I still came in with a great attitude and placed my food, my brother asked his wife could he get fruit punch from the back, she said asked Semaja he'll take care of that, I'll ring that up on my employee meal when I leave, she walked away he asked the gentleman she gonna be disrespectful, and said "are gonna pay for that" that wasn't necessary of her to say at all. Second part of the issue I got my food we all 3 walked out of the restaurant, and I was gonna wait on his wife to get off work so she didn't had to take the bus, it was 10 minutes before her shift ended I asked my brother did you told her we waiting on her? He said no, in the process of him coming back inside to let her know, she called him letting him know I left my phone, I couldn't got out of my car so I sent my brother to go get it, and to let know we'll be outside waiting on her. Here it comes the storm out of nowhere, Lashana decided to screamed and yelled on my brother, kicking him out of the restaurant where we purchased food screaming like a crazy person saying "we not doing this in and out of the store" like it's her child who she speaking to, and like it's her home, he had to used the bathroom, she goes to the back, yelling and screaming, at his wife and the other manager come and get him, before I snap fist off that's a threat to a customer, because at the end of the day we're customers we payed out of pocket for our meals my brother couldn't get a drink, with out her being so disrespectful.here is my opinion she's not a fit for that position she has, while her GM isn't in the store, she should know how to act, because how she acted was very unprofessional, guetto, and rachet she's not a fit for business like this. The GM needs to have trustworthy people in his store while his not in there, and to make sure is running professionally, and have people running it with manners, values, and standards, she needs to be removed from her position she definitely don't deserve the title of shift leader. We deserve an explanation,and why she was very comfortable threatening my family, and going off on him, if it's personal she needs to address the issue with his wife, but personally she doesn't need to be a...

This evening my significant other and I went to the electric road location and had a horrible experience. We went through the drive-thru and gave our order and then paid by card and was then asked to pull up so that they can make the food fresh. We pulled ahead and waited about 12 to 15 minutes and finally my boyfriend went inside to see what was taking so long. When he walked inside, the staff acted as if they did not know what he was talking about and the an intelligent boy in the back that goes by the name of Connor whom I'm assuming was supposed to be making the food... Proceeded to tell him to " go kill himself " and then yell various comments that were obscene profanities. I then went inside to see what the issue was considering my boyfriend was in there so long and the female manager asked me for my debit card to credit me a refund and while she was doing that the boy in the back then started to insult me calling me names that are so degrading I would rather not post them. He accused my boyfriend and I of all kinds of obscene things. I then turned to the shift manager, who seemed to be a nice girl but very uneducated of her job description and had horrible management skills and She told me that she could not tell this boy to leave. She said she couldn't do anything, just provide a phone number to call on the next business day. This Connor guy was talking to the other staff like a dog and by the end of our very long visit nothing was done to solve the problem about this raging immature and child like adult. I will be calling the general manager in the morning but for the sake of your family and possibly your sanity I suggest to never go to this restaurant. If you have children I definitely would not take them inside because none of the staff knows how to speak with any manners. Oh and with all that said... I had given 5 stars. I have left the original review below this new one. I came in to this store on 12-2-22 when I came in I went to the restroom. When I came out I went to the cash register. When I did so I moved one of 3 wet floor signs blocking the direct route to the register which was placed there to prevent people from cutting in line. When I did this I did replace it. Please keep in mind no one was in line nor was anyone coming in the restaurant at that time. When I did this a lady by the name of Judy came to the front of the entrance part of the S curve and proceeded to scold me saying that they were there for a reason and that I was supposed to use the entrance to the S curve. I informed the lady that I can barely walk ( I have diabetic neuropathy from the calf muscles down, I have had several heart attacks and I have even lost vision in my right eye so yes walking is VERY rough on me I'm supposed to be in a wheelchair but refuse ). At this point the lady then loud enough for the other customers to hear and embarrass me also while defaming my character as if I was a liar proceeded to say that "you walk just fine from what i can see". Well shes not a DR nor does she know anything about me. I have filed a complaint with their Ethics group on discrimination 1. The lady and 2. I think that its against ADA rules to block a direct route making it harder on us disabled people. Also advising them of the defamation of character. I did not end up eating here and I do not recommend anyone with a disability coming here during the morning shift when she is working.
