Went to Hardees last night around 5:30pm. Sat at the speaker for about 5mins before even ordering then when the man took the order he wasn't listening to the order had to repeat it over and over. When we got to the window we confirmed the order again. He asked us to pull up so we did only to wait 20 mins then i got out the vehicle to go inside to which the cook came in from the back walked up to the fryer and started eating the fries, the cashier from the drive thru came went over and start eating fries out the fryer thing. I said excuse me can I speak to a manger we are now at 23 mins waiting for the food. Manger comes up says how can I help so I asked for my food to which he looked said oh the burgers are sitting right here and the drive thru guy goes I was waiting for fries I said the ones yall where just eating? Manger asked what I would like him to do I said remake my order and he did however I explained to him the bun was switched he said oh he didn't ring you up for that and handed me the bag. At this point my husband was late for work and my kid was hungry it was my burger messed up. I get home and take 2 bites of my burger to which it felt weird I looked and the burger was half red and half brown NOT inside but on top. I called them to see if I could just get my money back today as I didn't have a chance to go back last night to which the manger said I can remake it. I'm sorry if you couldn't get it right and as nasty as that place looked ILL PASS. I should have just got a refund and went some where else last night. I work near this location and once in a while I try to give this location a second chance hoping my other experiences with them for the last 5 months has gotten better. Every time I have ordered something from this location I NEVER get all of what I ordered they’re always out of something. The staff at this location at least the ones in the front need to be fired for how there customer service is. Also if you try and get in touch with customer service to make a report you have to go online and you never get a response. Ive reported this location several times with no response. The only reason I even attempt to get food from here is because it’s convenient. Get tired of eating chicken and pizza. They really need to close this restaurant down and get it detailed clean and get staff in there that’s going to do their jobs correctly.
