RUDE STAFF!! MOBILE APP ISSUES!! LONG DRIVE THROUGH WAIT TIME!! Save your time and money!!
Had a HORRIBLE experience there today. First of all, I made a mobile order a little after 11:30am with an email confirmation receipt at 11:39am. I got to the store a few minutes later and there were about 5 cars ahead of me.
First issue: the inside was closed and locked with no signs anywhere except the posted "hours of operation." Instead of being able to go inside and get the food I pre-ordered, I had to wait in the drive through line.
Second issue: the drive through CRAWLED! There was at least 5 minutes of waiting before the line budged and in between cars. Three vehicles drove off while I waited (and 5 people went up to the locked door only to turn around and leave).
Third issue: when I got to the order speaker, the RUDE woman inside first sounded like she was asking someone else how to look for a mobile order in her system. No "one moment please" or "let me check on that." I just sat there after giving my name and order number before having to ask again. Her response was that they "didn't have it yet." Well at this point, I had ordered it a half hour earlier, so I tried to let them know what time I ordered it--in case it was so far behind in the list that they overlooked it etc. The lady spoke over me, told me how it didn't matter when I ordered it, they didnt have it...
I finally just said, "I'm driving up to the window" instead of trying to communicate through a box. I was still cordial, even though I was late for returning to work after my lunch break, and I tried to show her my email confirmation saying that the order was paid for and what it was. At that point, I was willing to just order the same thing again and deal with the app issues later on. She refused to even LISTEN to what my order was!! She kept talking about how I wasn't the first person who came to the window with an app order that hadn't gotten to them and that she CAN NOT start preparing the order until it comes through on the system. Again, she wouldn't even let me get the order out and say that I would pay for it AGAIN like a brand new order!! She was too busy telling me what she can't do!
I ended up having to drive away and order at McDonalds after wasting over 40 minutes for NOTHING :-(. The one star they DID get is because the Popeyes app refunded my money within 2...

I placed an app order with the pick up time of 4:48pm. Per the app I was to go in the lobby upon arrival to pick up my food. When I arrived the lobby doors were locked. (shouldn't have been) I had to go through the drive thru and I waited for almost and hour. When I finally reached the speaker, no one even acknowledged I was there after waiting 15 minutes. An employee exited out the back door with trash and I asked was the speaker in the drive thru broken. He said no then went inside and I saw him talking to the manager in the drive thru area. Still I sat another 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Finally I was able to tell them my mobile order number but when I arrived to the pick up window, they said my order wasn't ready. The manager printed off my ticket and I heard them in the back screaming tell her to pull up. They did something to the food. The fries were cold and looked like they had been pulled from the trash. This was the sandwich. DON'T GO THERE! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL
NEEDLESS TO SAY I THREW IT OUT. IT WAS AFTER 5:30 PM WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY FOOD.

She suggested something different but I regretted taking it because it seemed to make things more difficult. They forgot what the 2 drinks we ordered in the short time from the speaker to the window. We had to wait a bit for them to get our food together and we still left with out half our order!. The whole time we were there the one lady was griping about them needing to hire more people to work so she isn't working like a slave. And how this isn't her only job. She has to work with Autistic people during the day at her other job the she turn around and has to work with 'autistic' people at Popeyes because non of her co workers seem to have sense. Smh. I called about the missing items when we got home. The 1st try someone picked up and didn't say anything. The second time the phone just rang. It sucks to pay for food that you don't even get to eat.
