They have horrible customer service I tried to place a order through doordash their menu doesn't give you a option to pick a extra drink or have a option for drinks I ordered a 2 subs it doesn't let you pick the condiments that you want on the sub so I called up there gave them the name for the order and explained to them they need to update or fix their menu on doordash so I had to call to let them know what I did and did not want on my subs and I wanted to add a large lemonade because they didn't have a option for it on doordash in the nicest way they kept cutting me off by hanging up in my face if I'm spending my money with you all can I atleast make sure my order is correct? If I didn't call up there and let them know my order would've been jacked up I mean appreciate the fact that I'm spending money with your business and also if you are going to be rude bc you don't speak English and you are running a business in richmond, va where you know everyone most likely speak English you need to go where your language is common and set up shop they was rude they hung up on me twice while I was speaking to them as clear and nicely as possible how can you be nasty to people that's spending money with your business they get a 0 for me and yes I'm boiling hot because it just happened I just can't believe they were that rude I bet if ppl stopped ordering from them they will have the best customer service they had when they was trying to gain...

I stop in here every couple of months for lemon pepper wings. Yesterday was no different, however, what was different is they charged me an extra $1 for the “seasoning”. I told the cashier that the seasoning comes on the chicken when they purchase it. He said who told you that with a shocked look on his face. A previous cashier when we tried to get extra seasoning on our wings. He went to the back to “discuss” it with the “cooks” in the back. They peeped at us and then went back to discussing it, he came back and said yes they charge the $1. I laughed and told him they were lying but i am tired and hungry and will still get them, but I am writing a review. My order comes and there are no fries. He goes to the back and they said no combo. I said I paid $14 for 4 wings, I think not, handed him my receipt and he took it to the back. Yelling started and he came back and said my fries would be up. When i got home and started on my fries, they were DRY as if they had been sitting and put back into the grease. I threw them away so I really did pay $14 for 4 wings. I ordered food for my family here. it was picked up by the driver and she let me know that my food had fallen on the ground. she asked them to remake it and they told her no, as if we wanted to eat food that had fallen on the ground. the driver agreed to pay for it to be remade only for her to tell me that they went and put my new order at the very back and then canceled my order.
