Burger King — Restaurant in Virginia

Many people here are mentioning orders issues. However, there is much more. If you order inside, it doesn't matter if that place is completely empty, the minimum wait is never less than 15 minutes. When it comes to bad attitude, some these people are champions. This morning I found myself being kicked out of the restaurant and the police was called on me just for waiting patiently for more than 10 minutes even though I was the only customer in there. I was listening to the news on my phone while waiting and this nasty lady with her belly almost to the ground asked to shut my phone off. I replied okay, just give me my order and I'll be out of your face. She replied your order is not ready yet. And then just kept on going telling me I was disrespectful and I come there EVERYDAY to start troubles. What? Me, coming there every day to start troubles? The manager jumped into it and gets the situation escalated, asked me to leave while she is on the phone with the police. Is this the new way these gettho people do business? Honestly, those people from the getthoes need lot of training before coming to the outside world 🌎 because they bring all their gettho manners to regular customers. Sad reality...

As an Uber driver, I find myself, hungry, in unfamiliar areas. After taking a rider more than 100 miles from my home base, I pulled in to this BK drive thru, ordered my meal, but then asked if their dining room was open. I was happily surprised to learn that it was and asked if I could come inside and pay, and wash my hands. I found a staff that truly earned a 5-star review! Friendly, courteous, quick & efficient, they also built a wonderful meal, without drama despite a long line of cars wrapping around the building. They worked well together and there were no customers waiting for anything, inside or outside, just happy customers. The Whopper was perfect and wrapped up tight, the fries fresh and hot, and the drink proof that the soda machine is well maintained. The restroom was clean & I had soap and hot water and a dryer that worked. I hope to return soon,...

I'm writing this review because the service at Mechanicsville and Laburnum was horrible!!! I wasn't able to order anything because it wasn't anyone at the register to take any orders. I waited for a least 10 minutes before someone came up the front and I asked him was anybody coming up the front to take orders and he was lost for words and hunched his shoulder as if to say that he don't know. I told him that this is ridiculous, that nobody was able to take orders. The music was blasting in the back on the food line and they seemed like they were having a party back there with customers waiting to place their orders. After five more minutes I left and went somewhere else...unbelievable!!! I will not be going back there until they can get a Manger that can run that restaurant like it should be ran. VERY...
