June 24, 2018 - I'm updating my review from a 1-star to a 4-star. Little Caesar's manager from this location called me personally to make the situation right - I appreciated that. I went in to the store today to pick up my order that I wanted to place a few days ago and never got the chance to - and everything was cooked fresh right then and there for me. The staff were super kind, and the service was great - exactly what I'd come to expect from this store.
While I was waiting, I checked out the Pizza Portal in the store - way cool new feature! Will definitely be giving my favorite Little Caesar's another shot when we try out the Portal next week. You have a happy customer once again!
I sat in the drive-thru lane for 20 MINUTES waiting for a chance to get to the window to order. When I finally got to the window to place my order, the drive-thru attendant held up a finger as if to say "just a moment" and then I proceeded to sit there ANOTHER 10 MINUTES while workers came and went back and forth past the window ignoring me. I had even cut my car off the wait was that long. After 33 minutes waiting and still no service, I left and went to Domino's instead.
My family and I usually spend a minimum of $30 at this location every week, and to receive service like that today? Totally and completely...

Read moreWe ordered four items from this location last night. Order was going to be ready at 8:53-8:58. We got there at 8:58. There were five other cars sitting there waiting for their food, some even said they had been there for an hour. No one was coming to the door, no one was answering the phone, and no one was coming to the drive-thru. WE had no way to receive our order. You could see someone inside mopping the floor, ignoring all of the customers. Eventually, they came to the drive-thru window after being honked at multiple times. At this time, they did not even know our order. They looked it up in the system and then asked us exactly what it was. We told them, and then they gave us the wrong thing. We had to talk with them multiple times to get our pizzas and soda right. After all that, they ignored us when we asked for the side of sauce that comes with the stix-and-slice. They ignored us and walked away. We had been there for over half an hour waiting to talk to someone, and then we were there even longer before we got our food.
