BIG MISTAKE!! Went through the drive thru. Lady working the window clearly gave you the feeling that you were bothering her and that she hated her job. Once my order of 3 chicken strip platters and 1 extra tea was placed, I got to the broken window. She just held out her hand through the half open window for my card. She handed me my receipt & card back without once saying "thank you". She proceeds to hand my 2 of the 4 beverages and ask.. "you got somewhere to put these.. I know you do" She hands me 2 cups, I had to ask for a drink carrier. I then wait 10 MINUTES!!!!! The line behind me is backed up at this point. She could have clearly asked me to pull forward if it was going to take that long. At least the people behind me could've gotten helped. Never not 1 time did she apologize or at least inform me of the wait. This Hardee's should definitely be nick named SLOW GO.. I am BIG on customer service. Read morePlaced an online order for my sister to pick up while she was out. When she pulled into drive thru, they told her they had no order under my name. I sent my sister a screenshot of the confirmation email and my bank statement showing that the money was taken out of my account and they still wouldn’t give me my food. The guy working the window seemed new and I was understanding of that but the manager told my sister there was nothing she could do even with a screenshot of the confirmation email and bank statement which is absolutely ridiculous! So, I drove out myself and went in the store and turned out the worker didn’t check the online order screen for my order. Again, he seemed new, mistakes happen. But the manager should have checked that when he went to her about not being able to find my order. When I went there the manager was also rude, tried to write it off like we were in the wrong for not specifying that it wasn’t a doordash order, and didn’t even apologize for the mistake. It took 5 minutes to even get a cashier to the register to take my order. On top of that, there was a 15-minute wait to receive my food. 20 minutes of waiting after I paid to receive my food.
