On January 1st I visited this KFC location which I have visited before and to start, they were out of grilled chicken which was I came to purchase. I was displeased they only had fried chicken, but I settled that I had already driven the distance to this restaurant. So I order a Crispy Chicken Big Box with double mashed potatoes with a large sprite, which the equalivent was Sierra Mist with light ice. I also ordered a family size popcorn chicken box and Large Potato Wedge. Once I got to the window, I was greeted nicely by a young white male, who was multitasking and taking someone else order while holding his hand out for my card. He did not confirm the amount with me nor confirm my order before he was on to the next customer. Unfortunately, due to his lack of attention, the young fellow was not available for me to confirm I had received my order in completion or even received my card back. After receiving a full bag, I did not think to check which I normally do to confirm my order is correct, I drove off without my card and half my order because the gentlemen said good night. He handed my one bag only filled with half of my order. I did not receive my receipt, card, or my completed order. I drove all the way home before realizing my order was not complete. I waited about 20 minutes before diving in to eat at which point, I discovered I was missing my chicken from my Crispy Chicken Big Box. I was furious because I knew the cashier was not paying attention when I’d reached to the window to pay. Immediately after noticing my food, card, and I receipt missing, I sped back over to this restaurant minutes before closing and asked did the young fellow remember me. In which case, he said he did and he turned around to the other staff members and said they’re back. I said, you realize you didn’t give me half of my food, you still have my card and you never gave me a receipt? I followed by asking to speak with a manager. The young fellow got the nearest manager, a middle aged black man. He came to the window and told me he was the manager but failed to introduce himself. I told him the situation, informed him I was very displeased with the service and suggested to him he should train his employees better and pay them closer attention. He laughed and asked me what was the name on my card and I told him. He asked me to repeat my name again before giving me my card and requesting me to describe the card. He handed me the missing chicken, didn’t address my displeasure with him and his staff and handed me my receipt followed by if you could, fill out the survey at the bottom, you get a free sandwich and it would really help me out. He says that in a joking manner after I told him I was not joking, the situation was not funny and again, I was very displeased. I was completely baffled by the service overall at this KFC restaurant and not only will I not be back, but I will make sure to leave several reviews so that other perspective customers are warned of this kind of service at this location. Read moreFirst as I pulled up and asked for a famous bowl the guy was short and rude saying it would be an 8 minute wait. I said that was fine twice before he responded pull up. Paid for my order and parked. Waited over 15 minutes for that one item. The lady then came to bring the food to my car and said I’d appreciate it if you would pick up the trash you threw out the car. I responded we did no such thing. She said I saw you do it. Me being confused I immediately got out the car to return my food & get a refund because there was no way I was eating something that was prepared by someone who clearly has an attitude. Realizing then that My 4 yr old exited the car to pee while we were waiting and an empty grocery bag fell out that I was unaware of. Had she been respectful and said excuse me but something dropped out of the car would you mind picking it up it would have been politely done. I told the cashier I wanted a refund bc I did not want to eat something from someone that spoke to me that way. He was also rude. Used profanity and told me that he could not help me. I asked to speak to the manager and it was the same rude lady who brought my food to the car. & She refused to give me my receipt. Saying it was in the trash. Why My Rating? Group Size: We came in with 5 today. Served with no issues.
Food: The whole KFC menu is appetizing. I had the Spicy Chicken sandwich and so did my wife. Our group also had tenders, 2 pc meal, and a kids meal. All were made to order, hot and delicious. There is a board showing where the chicken was from and who is cooking today.
Location: Corner of Greenview and Timberlake. Pretty easy in and out using Greenview. Timberlake can be a bit tougher during certain times.
Staff: Greeted as we walked in. Very friendly. Staff seems to care about their store.
Atmosphere: Literally the reason we stopped here. The outside looked amazing only to be outdone by the interior. We all commented on how clean, welcoming, and comfortable the inside was. Booth seating was really comfortable. The whole place was exceptionally clean.
