Horrible service! Give it zero stars. Worst I've ever seen out of IHOP. The wait was understandable. It's busy. But to wait 10 minutes for coffee! Never got my juice. And after waiting 20 minutes my 2x2x2 came to me COLD! NOT GOING BACK!!! Rhought I'd give this place another try. No change! 1st thing I was told they didn't have any tables. I had to tell to hostess to put my name on their list. She came back monentarily to seat me. Then ittook about 5 minutes for someone to come to my table. I ordered my food and coffee. I waited 5 minutes for coffee which was horrible! It was old. As busy as they were it shouldn't have been old. Then I waited 10 minutes for my food and had to ask for syrup! Really?!!! A pancake house doesn't have syrup at their tables. While eating one of the girls bussing tables bumped me with their dirty bucket. As I was leaving I feel sick to my stomach. Not sure if this is going to pass. Probably mold in the little coffee pot. I will go to Arlington or Fairfax before ever going to this unsanitary unwelcoming place I used to frequent. The People were rude. I feel like an outcast here. Racism at its worst. I was the only American there. They need to take International out of their symbol. Because when it was International everyone...

I have always been a huge fan of IHOP. Most of the time our experiences are positive. That was certainly NOT the case today. We experienced by far the worst service I've ever had period. Not just at IHOP but ever. At any restaurant. Our server was the most rude and impatient server I've ever dealt with. He kept coming up to us, trying to talk to us while my mom was on the phone, rushing us to pay our bill. While waiting for us to place our order he was standing there tapping his hands on his tablet to put our order in. While we were eating he and another employee (who was eating) were sitting there laughing and speaking in a non English language. Our server was laid back and stretched out halfway in the booth he was in. The manager came over to the table where they were at and was laughing joking around, I believe in Spanish. Not professional at all! The food was good but that was probably the only good part about our visit. When going up to pay our bill,the manager stood there then reached over my mum to pick up our bill,moving her out of the way. Then he just stood there. For a few minutes and then said give me a minute and walked away. Finally a different server came up and we were able to pay our bill and leave. It will be a very LONG time...
