Best Tile Falls Church — Local services in Falls Church

Very disappointed with my experience. Do not rely on their personnel . I provided a picture of a tile/floor (a plain blue hex - not distressed). They recommended a tile based on the pic I provided. They did not tell me that it was a tile that had a chipped/distressed look. You could not tell by their samples or by the internet pics that it had a chipped look. It looked nothing like the original pic I brought to the store and it looks awful installed. When we brought it to their attention, they did nothing. It was surprising because you expect stores of this caliber to provide good customer service but I have had a better experience at Home Depot. Best Tile simply...

Thanks to Best Tile Falls Church my remodeled bathrooms are well...the best! The baths are now so pretty because the staff has great taste in coordinating and envisioning floor, wall and niche tiles (plus grout, thresholds, and shower curb). Jess was my main contact and she was patient with my questions and a special order, and Heather and Lydia's input also made me feel confident in my decisions. They also recommended talented contractors who are tile pros. Also, Best Tile's prices were lower than other stores I visited. My bathrooms needed over 1,000 pounds of tile so the cost savings added up! Our dwellings are big investments - so decorate them...
