I waited 2 weeks prior to deciding to issue the following PSA: this location is awful. Dirty, non existent customer service, and they close early even though their hours are posted on the door. I might write to corporate too. I had such a horrible experience. I arrived at 825 in-person on a Tuesday and was ignored for around 5 minutes as everyone cleaned around me while I waited at the counter. Then, only after they realized I was not going to leave did one of the staff rudely and unprofessionally told me that they had already shut down the grill (they had just begun to clean it I know how to clean a grill at a grease joint; trust me) and would not be able to make me food. I review chains based on comparing the store to others in the chain

Cleanliness: 5/5. No trash on floors and when the line gets smaller, employees actively clean and wipe tables

Staff: 5/5, although young, staff were friendly and approachable to all showing great customer service training

Chain representation: 4.85/5, the food tastes as one would expect, and they offer all menu items as normal, I'm only docking half a point as due to the smaller location, their large menu seems to be missing items that they can make. Unless you know about those sandwiches or check the online menu, you wouldn't know about them. But this is a tiny gripe and not really worth mentioning. I'm just rambling for word count now
