I went to this store today at 8:14 pm. As soon as I entered, there were three employees inside—one was mopping the floor, another was cleaning the refrigerator, and the third I’m not sure what he was doing. The one who was cleaning the refrigerator started giving me attitude and shouted at me, asking, “What do you need?” in a very rude way.
I explained that I had just walked in and was still looking at the menu, but he continued slamming towels on the refrigerator and yelling, “What do you need?” I felt very uncomfortable and even scared, as if I wasn’t welcome there.
I asked the employee who was mopping the floor if I could have the rude employee’s name or speak with the manager. He told me that he didn’t know his name and that this person was the general manager. Based on this experience, I strongly suggest avoiding this store after 8 pm. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, and they make it clear they don’t want to serve customers...

It's Jersey Mike's "giving day" so I expected the store to be a little busy, but they were so slammed, they ran out of bread! I could tell the staff was stressed and were coming towards the end of a huge lunch rush, but they handled everything with such great patience and professionalism. People were coming in to pick up online orders only to find out they couldn't be fulfilled because there was no bread - they promptly refunded everyone and offered free sandwich cards for the next visit. All of that chaos + everyone in masks making communication even more difficult... props to you all for the great customer...
Read moreThis Jersey Mike’s location has serious issues with staff, consistency, and leadership. The team is very young, clearly inexperienced, and lacks any drive or urgency. Every time I visit, the sauces are overspread on every single sandwich, and they never seem to have basic ingredients like green bell peppers or bacon ready.
Online orders are almost always wrong, which shows a lack of attention and care. The overall attitude and leadership here are in the gutter, and it’s obvious. I honestly hope Regional steps in soon to fix things, because if this doesn’t change, I won’t be coming back to this...
