Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Virginia

We met my sister and her husband for a quick dinner. I ordered my mom a regular Italian and myself the buffalo chicken sub. It was very crowded and somewhat chaotic at the register with a lot of people in store and picking up to go orders. My order was ready after my sister's, who arrived some time after us. I received a bag at time of payment with two bags of chips. My sub, which was hot, arrived but not my mom's Italian. The guy at the register said he put it in the bag with the chips. I'm pretty sure he put it in a bag, but it wasn't in mine. They made another sandwich, and as always, the Italian is always the absolute best choice. My buffalo chicken sub was inedible. It was terrible. But mom enjoyed her sub and we packed it up to take home. Sadly I forgot the leftover sub in the back seat of my car when we got home because it was storming. A lot of young people standing around .. I waited approximately 10 minutes before I was greeted which was a huge issue for me because no one else was in line. I decided to wait anyway the young lady that prepared my food had the bread on the counter where she had been already making sandwiches and had not cleaned it off .I asked her could she put something under it and she looked at me as if I was bothering her. She never did she just slid it over to the other young lady to put whatever I wanted on the sandwich it was poorly made sloppy falling apart and I was very disappointed that a manager would allow employees to act this way towards a paying customer. I will not patronize this establishment again .I will go across town instead of mechanicsvile like I've been doing. It's really sad that I have to go across town to get good customer service...

My family has gotten subs here several times and most have been wonderful except last week. We ordered and paid online to utilize contactless pickup. I get to the shop to pick up our order and there was an item missing from our bag. No big deal, I got the missing item and returned home to find that the requested toppings were missing as well. Also, my husband paid for extra meat on his sub but had the exact same amount of meat as the others. I suspect all of this was done intentionally because I did not pay a tip on an online order where the workers didn’t have to interact with me whatsoever until they left out an item from our order.
