KFC — Restaurant in Virginia

I happened to observe excellent customer service at this location. A mom came in and ordered food for her daughter who had dancing classes close by in less than ten minutes mom wanted a refund and told the cashier she had to take her daughter to a dance class nearby; her voice had such a tone that was unpleasant. The customer was given a refund but still got a meal after which the mom with child sat and ate for five minutes. I am thinking maam I thought you had to go to dance class but that is how delicious KFC is you have sit and eat it lol but be prepared to wait for more than 10 minutes at this location sometimes.

If you've been here, have experienced slow wait times, and have made such a fuss about it, give them a break. Grow some patience.

Obviously these guys are understaffed. They have to do multiple tasks to come up with ends meet. I know the term "fast food" is applied with most restaurants nowadays, but it will not be like that all the time. I know you, the customer, want your food in a flash, but at least be courteous. I saw a lady have her money refunded because she was too impatient with the food being prepared. I thought that was pathetic, but it's understandable.

I waited a half hour for my food and it turned out good. Only you can decide whether it's worth waiting or not without making such a fuss in the restaurant and without making them feel worthless....

If one would have told me a year ago that I'd be leaving a negative review for KFC, I would have responded, " you are out of your mind". I've been extremely vocal about the Popeye's vs KFC taste debate that's been brewing the past couple of years. I've been loyal to KFC. Until this past labor day weekend. I visited the Woodbridge, VA establishment and EVENTUALLY threw away the chicken (unheard of in my world). The chicken was bland - YES BLAND! Zero flavor - as if the forgot to add seasoning to the chicken. Also, the chicken seemed as if it wasn't cooked enough. All in all it was a horrible experience. Enough for me to not EVER go to another KFC - which breaks my heart. ...
