Was going to take my niece to sweet frog to celebrate her preschool graduation but it started to rain on the way there so we decided to go to BR drive thru so we didn't have to get out of the car. Order a single scoop of chocolate with rainbow sprinkles for her. Then it was my turn no pistachio, no coconut nut, I accidentally asked for butterscotch and the speaker rudely said we dont carry butterscotch. I finally got a scoop of mocha almond and a scoop of butter pecan. I was kind of surprised when the speaker said that will be $8.24. I bit the bullet since I had promised my niece and I hoped the serving would be decent size. I was really surprised went the 2 scoop dish looked like 1 scoop and the 1 scoop looked like it was scooped with a melon ball scoup. It was outrageous prices and the service was bad. I could have gotten two containers of Ben and Jerry's for the same price and got twice the ice cream....

On the second I received the call from a woman in the store saying that they didn't have what I ordered but she had another cake that I could have instead. I was supposed to pick it up at 9:00 a.m. the next morning. But we got hit with a huge snow storm. When I called her in the morning and told her I didn't know if I'd be able to make it she made it very clear that I was not allowed to get a refund and I had to find some way to get in there and get the cake. So I called back later on to let her know I was trying to get a ride and the store was closed and nobody answered the phone the 10 times I tried to call. Yet I still haven't been given a refund. For things that were completely out of my control. I will never order anything from them again. Really really poor customer service. Seriously...

We were trying to place our order through drive thru and wanted to be sure she got it correctly because she kept cutting us off. When she relayed it back to us it was wrong. We politely corrected it ..only to get cut off again. She relayed it back to us incorrectly AGAIN. We tried to point out the specific item that needs to be fixed and she got snippy asking WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE ORDER??... if you just listen and stop cutting us off it can save a lot of time.
