Ledo Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

This place is a joke. I have patroned many Ledos locations. I ordered a pizza 2 hours ahead using their online system. When I got there, at a pick up time that was 10 minutes AFTER I was supposed to pick up I was asked to wait another 20 minutes very nonchalantly without a lot of remorse. I watched other people walk in looking to pick up their orders and asked to wait as well. When my order came out it was not done as suggested. I asked her to fix and I was told they "couldn't put the pizza back on the tray." Ridiculous. Then she began to argue with me about whether or not I specified correctly on my order. Making it the customer's problem that their system doesn't print things correctly, strike one. Not offering a refund, strike two. And the very shitty customer service and matter of fact attitude of the staff was the nail in the coffin. Place is run like an...

We weren’t even able to eat here because of the way we were approached by the person (female with short hair) at the register. My family and I wanted to dine-in so we came in, all wearing masks, and the lady said we can’t dine-in. The cook in the back said we were fine to dine-in but the lady jumped in and said we couldn’t because we aren’t vaccinated. First of all, how is it possible to tell we aren’t vaccinated? And second, dine-in has been open for Virginia restaurants as long as you come in wearing masks. The way we were approached and the rude tone of the lady made us turn away immediately. I guess next time, we’ll have to bring in our vaccination cards but, quite frankly, there won’t ever be a next time for...

I used to come to this restaurant Lido‘s for their steak and cheese on my lunch break when I would be in the area however, one day I called and was told by the receptionist or clerk there whose name I will not mention that they were no longer selling the steak and cheese. They were too expensive for the restaurant me not thinking much about it. I just stopped going to this location when I recently found out that Ledos did not discontinuous steak and cheese so what does it say about this particular restaurant since being notified of this?
