If I could give 0 stars, I would! I have had so so so many issues with this location. We used to get pizza from this location weekly and the past year, the service has PLUMMETED!! I have had poor experiences as a door dasher there and as a customer. The general manager has spoken to me like a child who couldnāt comprehend basic english. I have management experience under my belt and would never treat a customer the way he treats his. Iāve spoken to other customers while waiting over an hour for pizza and they have all had similar experiences. Even after waiting an hour for a single pizza, it still came cold. You expect me to believe that I was waiting on this pizza to be fresh when it comes out cold? What a joke. Theyāve also missed items on my order before and never answer their phones to compensate. I understand being under staffed, but the quality of the service here leads me to believe that their staffing issues are because of their management. If I was an employee there, I would quit in a heart beat too. The young gentleman at the front was very respectable, but the general manager is awful! This location should shut down. Thereās no point in the location even being open. Thereās twenty people sitting in the lobby waiting on pizza for an hour each. Whatās the point in the store even being open? Shut it down or fire the general manager and get someone who actually knows what they are doing....

I was very disappointed with that and I drove back to the store ( another 12-13 min drive from my house ) and when asked about the same, I got a very rude response that the store didn't have the toppings I requested for. When I asked about why they didn't tell me about missing toppings when I was there to pick up the order, response from the store guy was : " Don't talk about what happened. Tell me what do you want to do now." Is this how you treat the customers? If you are going to give me only one toppings, then why the hell did I pay for other two toppings? Why should I drive back to the store to hear these kind of responses? I ordered for Cheese Crazy Puffs and I got Bacon ones. When asked about those, they said they don't know how they got into my order. So I placed order for 2 items and both of them were wrong and on top of that I hear rude responses from the store. Is this how Little Caesers treat their customers ? I finally got my money back and no pizza to eat after spending one hour with ordering driving and doing all that. Absolutely ridiculous...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered the extramostbestest cheese pizza as well as garlic sticks with sauce. The only thing I enjoyed in the order was the pizza sauce for the garlic sticks. This is because the pizza.. I'm guessing.. was the wrong pizza AND it was overcooked. It was more like a burnt thin crust cheese pizza. The cheese was burnt. The crust was dry & chewy & there wasn't much sauce. I gave some to my dogs and they had to chew the crust as though it was a bone. The garlic sticks were the same way. Super dry, chewy and burnt. There was no garlic on them, so I gave them to my pups and they chewed them as though they were bones. I'm highly disappointed š. This was going to be my lunch before work and I had to eat a pb&j instead. Which was MUCH better than the pizza and/or non-garlic sticks!!!! I tried calling the location over 10 times and no one ever answered. Please save yourself the trouble and don't order delivery from this location. And if you go for pickup, double & triple check your order!!!! I'm seriously just trying to save you the trouble. Hopefully my day at work makes...
