Brecotea — Restaurant in Midlothian

Have always love supporting Brecco tea since the 1st location was open till now even coming to the hull st location. I never ever had any issue until this morning. asked for a ice matcha latte and was told they didn't have it i just thought they ran out of matcha. Because we ran out at home and just wanted to grab a delicious matcha latte with ice here. My 3 year old daughter and I just ordered a cake roll and then sat and ate. Another lady came in to order 2 to 3 ice matcha brow sugar matcha. I went back to the register and made an order asking for a ice matcha latte the same one the lady have but without Bobba. the young girl with the long pony tail said matcha latte is made with coffee. I told her i always ordered and asked for ice match latte with or without the brown sugar and never had a problem. told her every Asian restaurant or café I would just say ice matcha latte and they already knew what it made of, just Matcha powder and with milk. She told me I should go to the broad st location because they have more drink choices there. I didn't let it bother me until I saw and heard the same young lady with the long pony tail talking trash about me to another employee about the ice matcha latte right in front of me and my daughter. God, I only hope this young child seek help from God and learn not to talk about people in front of them because I can hear everything she said.. It was so wrong and unprofessional of her to do so. If I wanted ice matcha latte with espresso, I would have asked for that. she honestly needs more...

I was a big fan of Brecotea .. Initially everything (cakes, coffee , etc) was awesome at 9125 W Broad St (This was the OG first branch)

Then the second shop opened near to Costco (West Broad st) and menu upgraded .. pastries, buns etc introduced.. .. where the problem started (But still a good place to visit) Degraded quality , poor service , price increase , etc …

We recently moved to Chesterfield and the Brecotea in Hull st is the worst of all 3 branches .. Even the coffee sucks (Tried cappuccino and the regular drip coffee multiple times) ..

Today was our 4th visit and again it’s bad … Each time we got old stocks, Bad coffee, less options to pick ..buns , pastries ..

Few of our friends also mentioned the same that deserts sold here are “ Not fresh”

So Brecotea management .. We have a high expectation from you .. Having many branches shouldn’t degrade the quality of the food.. For the price ,customers deserve "fresh", "recently prepared" ,...

Superior on ALL counts!! A super pleasant experience every time we step inside. Always greeted with a friendly hello. We have tried literally everything they offer from bread, pastries, hotdog, cake and all the different drinks. All have been delicious! Fresh, soft, light and flavorful. It’s refreshing to have unique specialized food options that are so delicious! Now, on to the staff: Extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the drinks and food, very customer first attitude which is so refreshing ! One of our favorites is Emeryth! She is so pleasant, energetic and friendly. She is always smiling and greets with an enthusiastic “hello” and she even gives a salutary “have a nice day”. You can’t go wrong at all by coming here....
