I went through the drive thru, being that the inside was closed due to renovations. I placed a $43 order, and I asked if they could drop fresh chalupas, cinnabons, and potatoes, and I expressed to them that I didn’t mind waiting for my fresh items.. So after I paid for my food, I received my order, and being that I knew they were on a timer, I pulled around to check my food. My chalupas were crumbling like crackers and cold, and my cinnabons were also hard.. I drove around to ask them if they could remake the items that I had a problem with and the cashier(Ariana) tells the mgr(Clarisa) and the mgr made a remark I just dropped everything fresh.. so to show the cashier that the chalupas were hard and she just stared at me and then she went on to ask for all of my food back with attitude. At that moment, I was puzzled because why did u need the other items that were to my liking? so she asked if i could pull around, and they would bring me my order to me. as I sat in the parking thinking, I didn't feel safe eating the food from there after they asked for my whole order back.. which is cross contamination to its finest.. so I went back around and asked for a refund, and I heard the mgr make a smart remark after I just remade her order.. then, as the cashier told her about me wanting a refund, she asked me for my receipt in which I never got, and the cashier(Ariana) admitted to that she threw it away. The mgr then tried try to convince myself that I ordered my food through the app n which I didn't. It took the mgr over 10 mins to try to refund my money to my card.. I asked her if she could reprint the original, and she told me she couldn't because she dnt know how to. That's mgr 101. You're supposed to know how to reprint a receipt. so she basically rerung up my order, and I asked if she could make a copy of the refund check receipt, and she told me that they dnt have a copy machine.... THESE EMPLOYEES NEED BETTER TRAINING!! EMPLOYEES WITH THE ATTITUDES IN THIS KIND BUSINESS IS UNPROFESSIONAL TO...
Read moreEvery single person working here on August 10th, 2025 between the hours of 8pm-10pm should be fired, effective immediately. We placed an Uber Eats order from them at 8pm and argued back and forth with Uber stating that Uber drivers were being reassigned rapidly after arriving at Taco Bell. After nearly 1.5 hours of our food never being picked up. Uber graciously refunded our order. We decide to go order our food in person. Terrible idea, we should have gone elsewhere and spent our money wiser. DO NOT COME HERE.
Not only was every single employee on this date and within this time unprofessional and wildly irresponsible. But some were yelling profanities at the top of their lungs in an aggressive manner at customers using the public restroom. All while the manager was eating off to the side and allowing all of this to happen. Food delivery drivers show up one after the next looking for an order, while the employees laughed and told the drivers those orders didn’t exist. We WATCH the employees wait until the drivers leave and they pull the bags up and start eating the orders. LIARS AND THIEVES work here. This location needs to be completely restaffed and watched closely by the franchise owner. An incredible amount of money is being stolen and wasted by the employees. To top it off, after receiving our order, we asked if all of it was accounted for and the employee rolled his eyes and walked away from us. We get in the car to find everything cold… none of the sauces in the bag, half of our taco orders missing sour cream (we ordered all supremes) and the quesadillas were missing all their sauces inside. A complete waste of time, energy and money. Will never come back and neither should you. Give your money, time and energy to other restaurants in the area. These people don’t deserve your funding and the franchise owner needs to take...
Read moreIn fast food, there is what's known as a "crash", and around 8:30pm on Thursday Semptember 13th, 2018 this Taco Bell crashed in dramatic fashion.
We waited AN HOUR for our food. That is not an exaggeration. We ACTUALLY DID wait sixty minutes. Any corporate/district manager who questions this can pull the security camera footage from the lobby if they don't believe this. I'm the guy in the white shirt and black hat. I waited along with several others, including dozens more in a drive-thru that barely moved. There seemed to be very little management/command structure/communication in place. The cashier was unable to print a receipt. At the one-hour mark, the cashier ended up re-taking our order HAND-WRITTEN on the back of a receipt to take it back to the kitchen. We even witnessed a minor rear-end collission in the drive-thru. The look of defeat on the workers' faces seemed to say it all. I can't even be angry. I just feel pity for them because it is absolutely unbelievable that things could possibly get SO BAD.
Nevertheless, while I sympathesize with the struggles of fast food workers, this level of performance is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I can forgive most delays, especially if a restaurant is short-staffed, but this delay was the result of a complete breakdown of the system. I will not be returning to this location if this is level of service I can expect. Something dramatic from corporate needs to happen in order to resolve...
